┊ABSTRACT This paper according to the relevant laws and regulations and hazards identification procedures, and combined with common high-speed rail construction accident case, intuitive experience analysis and system safety analysis method, from the perspective of energy source energy carrier, recognition and sums up the main hazards in the process of high-speed railway , according to the obtained from the identification of hazards, established an evaluation index system. Then, the weight of index system to make use of analytic hierarchy process is calculated. To calculate weight at all levels of system target element synthesis, and sorting. The results showed that the various influence factors of high-speed railway construction safety situation, its importance is not equal, some decide to situation of construction safety, others are less , the conclusion and methods applied to the actual case, and on the basis of fuzzy mathematics, with the aid of the theories of fuzzy mathematics, to practice some of the problems is blurry, and difficult to quantify, the quantification, and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of high-speed rail construction has carried on the quantitative evaluation of hazard.
