Satellite & Cable TV Room Design Report 卫星和有线电视机房设计报告The SMATV Head End shall be located in the SMATV Room. Adequate space, power, ventilation and air conditioning shall be designed.SMATV的地面接收站应在机房内。

A.Satellite & Cable ROOM 卫星和有线电视机房1.We suggest to use the mobile phone signal amplification room as the Satellite room and Cable TVroom of the hotel, located on the B1 floor (at grid line 57 & grid line 11M), 19.1square meters,marked in blue in following picture.我们建议将手机信号放大房作为酒店卫星机房和有线电视机房合用，位于地下一层(在57轴线和11M轴线之间)，面积约为19.1平方米，如下图中蓝色区域的位置：2.In general, the following systems shall be housed in the all SMATV room:一般情况下，SMATV间应包括下列系统：a.Termination blocks and patch panels for all incoming riser backbone cables.所有引入的主干电缆终端及配线架。
b.Patch panels for vertical communications cables.垂直通信电缆面板。
c.Modulators, Demodulators, Processors, Descramblers, Decoders Converters.调节器、解调器、处理器、加密器、解码器、转换器等。
3.The SMATV room shall be located to avoid potential sources of electro-mechanical interference(EMI) from large motors, switchgear or transformers and the like. The room shall be arranged sothat it is not susceptible to flooding from sources inside or outside the building. The room shall notbe traversed by wet pipes, either run overhead or along the walls, excepting any that might berequired to support specific systems within the room.SMATV机房应避免大型发动机，接电装置或者变压器等电源及类似设备，该房间应防止来自建筑物内部或外部的水源侵入。
并且房间内不允许贯穿带有潮湿性的管道，既不能铺设在头顶部也不能沿墙铺设，除非在房间内有特殊的系统需求。

所有的穿越机房的管线应是密封的以防止火源、浓烟和气体。

5. A lockable double door of 1.5 meter wide by 2 .2meter high is preferred. The door shall allow directaccess for authorized staff with door access control system.房门首选尺寸为宽1.5米，高2.2米。

6.Security camera shall be installed in room.机房内应安装视频监控摄像机。
7.Floors shall be covered with anti-static 300 mm raised floor.地板是300毫米的抗静电VAT活动地板。
8.The floor loading of equipment room is not less than 10KN/m².机房地面荷载要求为不小于10 KN/m²。
9.Building systems and services shall be designed to insure a high level of fault tolerance to the room.建筑系统和服务的设计应确保在高误差的范围内正常服务。
10.FM200 system shall be provided for the room. Wet pipes, serving areas outside the room shall notpass through the room.FM200自动气体灭火系统应为此房间提供。
来自房间外部的易潮的管道不允许经过此房间。
11.Finishes in the rooms shall be light in color to enhance lighting. Finishes shall be non-volatile andapplied before room fit out. Lighting requirements shall be a minimum of 550 lux at 1000 AFF with fixtures located so as to fully illuminate both front and rear of equipment rack locations. Emergency lighting should be provided.房间的装饰层应是抛光色以提高照明度，装饰层的材料应为非挥发性并在装备之前应用过。
灯光的要求应至少在1000AFF 高度的固定位置达到550 lux以为了完全的照亮前端和设备机柜前后方面。
提供应急灯作备用！12.Lighting fixtures, motors, air conditioning, etc shall not be powered from the same electricaldistribution panel as the telecommunications equipment in the room. Electrical transformers shall not be located within the room or on adjacent walls outside the room.照明器材，发动机，空气调节装置等，不能从同一配电板供电，也包括电信的设备。
变压器不要放置在室内或者隔壁相邻的一侧墙处。
13. A solid copper earthing busbar shall be provided for signal earthing connections. The earthingbusbar shall be bonded to the appropriate ground conductor, with a ground resistance less than 4 Ohms.一个固定的接地铜排应提供独立接地连接。
接地铜排应接地与合适的地面导体连接，并带有至少4欧姆的接地电阻。
14.The building HVAC systems serving the room shall be capable of 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-weekoperation.2 The environmental limits for the room shall be 21-22 degrees Celsius and 50-60 percent relative humidity, non-condensing. The room shall be equipped with high-temperature, highhumidity and fire alarms that report to the security and/or BMS console. Positive pressure shall be maintained within the room, with a minimum of one air exchange per hour.HVAC系统应提供全天24小时，一周7天的服务。
环境要求室内温度为21~22摄氏度，相对湿度为百分之50-60，无凝固。
房间应装备高温高湿和火警报警装置以事故发生时报告给安防及/或BMS控制台。
室内静压应被维持并至少保证每小时一次换气。
15.Power circuits for all equipment located within the room shall be fed from an electrical paneldedicated to these loads and located within the room. The serving panel shall be fed with an1 A minimum 2-hour fire rated wall construction is recommended.推荐最小2小时隔火墙2 If the Systems Room is to have an individual HVAC unit co-located within the room, additionalspace requirements will need to be coordinated with the current layout.如果系统机房有独立的HVAC，额外的空间需求应与当前的平面图向协调。
