【目的】物学家和化学家们为探索生命体中的新物质、检测和制备做出了巨大的努力,也取得 了诸多成绩,其中不少研究涉及了化学中的分子领域。在综合各种关于透明质酸的文献后,本文从 化学的角度探讨了透明质酸结构、功能及制备等过程中的几个关键问题和研究现状。 【方法】尝试以 透明质酸为切入口,研究介绍透明质酸这种新兴物结构、检测、制备方面的问题及解决思路,从而 综述国内的科学研究及进入生化企业应用的发展现状。 【结论】学会用专业的思维考虑问题,用专业 的视角对待问题,增进对类似的新兴生化产业发展的了解。

Abstract
Researchers who majored in biology have paid great efforts to reveal the origin as well as the evolution of life. Many of their works are involved with the chemical field. This article is a synthesis of works on origin of life, which discusses several critical problems concerning the origin of life from the view of chemical researchers. The element phosphorus is emphasized in this article to reveal its important effects on the origin and the evolution of life. We expect a breakthrough of some questions on the origin of life basing on the research of phosphorus. Key Words:Biochemistry;Origin of life;Phosphorus
