Mura的成因
為何會有Mura產生—就LCM製程而 言
Roller—因機台roller的壓力過大或是roller上沾附異物， 造成panel經過roller後而產生丸狀或條狀mura。 Vacuum—因機台stage吸力過大而造成吸附後形成 stage mura。 Black-light—B/L本身Film材不良或其他來料造成異常 亦會形成mura現象，通常以交叉驗證等方式確認B/L是 否有異常現象。 Polarizer—偏光板本身來料不良，造成偏貼後形成 Mura，通常更換偏光板後即OK。

為何會有Mura產生？
LCD Monitor主要的顯示原理：由一薄膜電晶 體【TFT】來控制液晶【LC】旋轉的角度，再 經由光源【 B/L 】透過不同角度排列之液晶所 穿透之光源透過彩色濾光片【CF】顯示出不同 的顏色組合。 Mura的產生理由主要是因為視覺上對於感受到 的光源有不同的頻率響應而感覺到顏色的差異。 造成mura的原因：【1】CF製程 【2】TFT製程 【3】LCD製程 【4】LCM製程

Mura的判定
Mura的判定通常於50%Gray pattern 畫 面判定，其judge的方式可採用limit sample or ND filter。
ND Filter--ND為在可見光波常範圍下能提供相當穩定平穩的響應， 主要功能在於降低光源之透光率。

膜厚—因為膜厚的Coating不均，導致產 生色不均之現象。 Coating—光阻於coating時若噴嘴有阻塞 的情況，即會造成vertical mura。
