Issue:
Engine lacks power – restricted performance indicated on the instrument pack. The following DTC's maybe stored –
P22D2-77 and P22CF-71 – Vacuum solenoid valve fails to open i.e. no vacuum supply to the secondary turbocharger turbine shut off solenoid valve.
P22D3-77 and P22CF-71 - Secondary turbocharger turbine shut off solenoid valve sticking in the open position.
NOTE: P22CF-71 will be stored in both cases as it indicates the secondary turbocharger turbine shut off solenoid valve is not responding to the demanded input which is due to either of the above cases 问题描述:

DTC’s P22D2-77 & P22CF-71 ONLY
A. Please ensure the wiring to the vacuum solenoid valve is checked and verified to ensure no open/short circuit etc exists.
B. Vacuum pipe work must be carefully checked for any trapped/split, disconnected, incorrectly routed pipe work. PLEASE PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE VACUUM FEED PIPE WHICH RUNS BETWEEN THE CSOV (Charge Shut off Valve, situated under the cooling pack) AND THE ENGINE ACCOUSTIC COVER.
C. If no fault is found with either the pipe work or the electrical wiring then the vacuum solenoid valve is a potential root cause, if possible please substitute from a known good vehicle and replace if necessary. The attached file shows the location of the vacuum solenoid valve for reference purposes. Current live part number for the vacuum solenoid valve is LR020186. DTC’s - P22D3-77 & P22CF-71 ONLY
A. Ensure the wiring to the secondary turbocharger turbine shut off solenoid valve is checked and verified to ensure no open/short circuit etc exists.
B. Vacuum pipe work must be carefully checked for any trapped/split, disconnected, incorrectly routed pipe work.
C. If no fault is found with the vacuum system or the electrical wiring then the secondary turbo actuator valve or the vacuum solenoid valve is likely to be at fault. Please replace both components.
NOTE – It is imperative that once a new secondary turbo actuator has been fitted, the re-set procedure is carried out via IDS/SDD. This will learn the offset values for the turbine shut-off valve. Please note; the engine must be running to perform this function as the turbine shut-off valve is vacuum operated. This re-set procedure can be found under Set-up and configuration > Powertrain set-up > Turbine shut-off valve. Select continue and follow all on screen instructions to complete the actuator re-set. 应对措施:

仅DTC P22D3-77 & P22CF-71
A. 请确保对二级涡轮增压器涡轮机关闭电磁阀接线进行检查和验证,以保证无开路/短路等情况存在。

B. 必须仔细检查真空管路是否有堵塞/裂开、断开、管路布置不正确情况的出现。

C. 如果真空系统或电气接线没有故障,则二级涡轮增压器执行器阀或真空电磁阀可能有故障。

请更换这两个组件。

注意– 一旦安装新的二级涡轮增压器执行器,则必须通过IDS/SDD执行重置程序。

以获取涡轮机关闭阀的偏移值。

请注意:执行该功能时发动机必须运转,因为涡轮机关闭阀是由真空操作的。

重置程序可以在“设置和配置”>“动力设置”>“涡轮机关闭阀”项下找到。

选择继续并按照屏幕上的指示完成执行器重置。
