聘用意向书
Employment Intention Letter
甲方（用人单位）：前海XX资产管理有限公司
Party A (Employer)：Qianhai XX Asset Management Co., Ltd.
乙方（员工）：JACK MA
Party B (Employee)：JACK MA
根据公司业务与发展的需要，甲方有意向聘用乙方。

双方本着平等自愿，协商一致的原则，达成以下聘用意向：According to the requirement of the company business and development, Party A intends to employ Party B. Party A and Party B come to the following employment intention on the basis of equality，free will and mutual consultation：
一、工作内容：甲方拟聘用乙方在总经理岗位，从事公司管理工作。

Position: Party A will employ Party B on the position of General manager , engaging in Company management .
二、拟聘用期限：从2015 年 6 月 1 日起至2016 年
6 月1 日止。

The prospective employment term shall commence from
6 mth 1 day 2015 yr and end on 6 mth 1 day 2016yr.
三、工资待遇：乙方每月工资为30000 元。

Remuneration: Party B shall be entitled to￥30000 per month.
四、其他事项待合同签订时再行商榷。

Other items concerning the employment will be comfirmed when the contract is signed.
