Article 6 Delivery of desig n docume nts by the Desig ner to the con tract issu ing party and copies, location and time for the delivery第七条费用。
Article 7 Charges7. 1双方商定，本合同的设计费为_万元。
收费依据和计算方法按国家和地方有关规定执行，国家和地方没有规定的，由双方商 ^定。
