This equipment is used to deoxygenate the boiler feedwater.1、本设备为热力喷雾淋水盘式除氧装置,由高压除氧器与除氧水箱组成,用于电站锅炉给水的除氧。

在正常工作下,利用汽轮机抽汽或压力得到控制且具有安全泻放装置的汽源作为加热蒸汽,将进入除氧器的水加热到与除氧器运行压力相对应的饱和蒸汽温度,根据道尔顿定律,将溶于水的氧与二氧化碳等非凝结气体除去,达到标准规定的除氧水,储存在除氧水箱中,随时准备供给用水的需要。

1). This deaerating equipmentis of spray and packing type, consisting of high pressure deaerator and storage tank. It is applied to feedwater deoxygenation of power station boiler, hot water boiler and other hot water equipment. In normal working condition, turbine's extraction steam or other steam source which pressure is under control and has safety relief device will be used as heating steam to heat the water entering the deaerator to the saturation steam temperature corresponding to the operation pressure of the deaerator. According to the Dalton Law, it will eliminate uncondensable gases dissolved in the water, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, etc., so that the deoxygenated water will satisfy the standard requirements. The deoxygenated water will be stored in the storage tank for supply at any time.2、本设备适用于在设定、滑压力下作定压运行。

定压运行时,备用加热蒸汽通过电动调节阀进入除氧器。

根据除氧器内部的设定压力为0.147MPa.a,自动调节阀开度,以控制入口加热蒸汽量。

2). This equipment is applicable to constant pressure and sliding pressure operation under the set pressure. According to the internal set pressure (0.147Mpa.a) of the deaerator, it will automatically adjust the valve opening to control the flow of the inlet heating steam.3、高压除氧器采用双封头卧式结构,通过支座坐落在水箱筒体上,水箱采用双封头卧式结构,除氧器及水箱通过下水管和蒸汽连通管进行连通,维持除氧器和水箱压力平衡,保证设备安全稳定运行。

3). 4). The high pressure deaerating equipment is equipped with (A48Y-16C) spring full opening safety valve as pressure relief device. For the opening pressure of safety valve and number , please refer to the equipment drawing.5、在水箱筒体上设有2对就地磁翻板水位计,用于现场观察,还根据需要设有3对平衡容器,用于远方水位显示及报警、控制水位,当水位高于预定值时,及时发出高水位溢流放水信号,自动开启气动调节阀进行排水,以维持水箱中的正常水位,保证设备稳定运行。

另设2对备用水位测量接口,便于用户根据需要设置水位控制仪表。

Construction and Function1、高压除氧器按水流方向,由上而下,分为排汽区段,空间区(除氧区)和填料区段。

主凝结水及补给水,以及各处合格的疏水进入除氧器水室内,在压差的作用下,经多只弹簧喷嘴,在压差的作用下形成射流喷射,形成伞状的水膜裙,加热蒸汽由淋水盘填料层侧面进入,在淋水盘间折流穿行,与入口水逐级相遇,进行热质交换。

将入口水加热到与除氧器运行压力相对应的饱和蒸汽温度,溶解于水中的氧气及不凝结气体,自水中逸出,经除氧器(头)上部的汽水分离装置和排汽管汇集管,排入大气,排氧门可以根据出水含氧量指标的变化,及时进行调整开度,以保证在出水含氧量达标的情况下节能。

入口水在空间区内完成一次除氧,在淋水盘层完成二次除氧。

除氧水由除氧器自流而下,经下水管自由下落,汇集于除氧水箱内。

除氧器端部还设有高加疏水管,为减少高加疏水对除氧器内件的冲击,设有不锈钢挡板,对进入的高加疏水进行汽水分离。

这种除氧器的传热系数较高,可在较短的时间内将水加热到要求的状态,达到除氧效果。

1). The inlet water implements the first deoxygenation in the spray atomization section and finishes the second deoxygenation in the packing. The deoxygenated water flows down in the deaerator, passing through the water distribution pipe of the storage tank, It is collected in the storage tank.
