国际运价中规则的中英文对照SkyTeam Round the World RuleRU.RULE APPLICATION 规则适用条件Skyteam Round-The-World fare applicable for jointtransportation between AF/AM/AZ/CO/CZ/DL/KE/KL/NW/OK/SU AND for sale on/after 1 APRIL 2007.天合联盟环球套票的运价适用于从2007年4月1日（含）起销售，并在AF/AM/AZ/CO/CZ/DL/KE/KL/NW/OK/SU之间的联运APPLICATION 适用条件Class of service 服务等级These fares apply for first/business/economy class service. 运价适用于头等舱/商务舱/经济舱TYPES OF TRANSPORTATION 运输种类Fares governed by this rule can be used to create round-the-world journeys. 运价根据此规则可进行环球旅行These fares apply for round-the-world travel to/from the countries served by the participating carriers in this rule.运价适用于此规则中参与承运的航空公司所服务的环球旅行。
-----------Travel must commence from and return to the same country. 旅行起始地和目的地必须同属一个国家Canada and U.S. are considered as one country. 加拿大和美国视为同一国家China and Hong Kong are considered as one country. 中国大陆和香港视为同一国家Scandinavia is considered as one country. 斯堪的纳维亚被视作一个国家。
Southwest pacific is considered as one country. 西南太平洋地区被视作一个国家。
-----------Itinerary may reflect travel greater than round the world provided it is not via the point of origin/destination and still terminates in the country of origin. 如果是不经过始发地/目的地，终点仍都设在始发国，旅行行程可能表现出大于环球套票的旅行行程。
------------Intercontinental travel shall be defined as travel from one continent to another. 跨洲旅行应被视为大洲间的旅行。
Africa / Asia / Europe / Middle East / North America / South America and South West Pacific are considered seven different continents. 非洲/亚洲/欧洲/中东/北美/南美和西南太平洋分别被视为七种不同的大洲。
------------Travel between points in Central America and points in South America / North America / Mexico shall not be considered intercontinental travel. 在中美洲和南美洲/北美/墨西哥间的旅行，不得视为洲际间的旅行。
------------Travel requires and is limited to one flight over the Atlantic and one flight over the Pacific. 旅行要求并限制为其中一段须跨越大西洋，另一段航程须跨越太平洋。
------------Fares only apply if purchased before departure . 运价仅适用于出发前购票。
CAPACITY LIMITATIONS 载量限制AF/AM/AZ/CO/CZ/DL/KE/KL/NW/OK/SU shall limit number of passengers carried on any given flight at fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats that each carrier shall make available on any given flight will be determined by the carrier’s best judgement.AF/AM/AZ/CO/CZ/DL/KE/KL/NW/OK/SU将限制每个航班上使用此运价的旅客数量。
座位数的提供，是航空公司根据对航班旅客量的预测来确定的。
------------On sectors where First/Business class is not offered/available at the time of booking - Passengers will be accommodated in the next lower class. No refund will apply.在订座的时候，当出现无法提供头等舱/公务舱或座位已满的情况下，旅客将被安排在低一等级的舱位，且不退款。
Exception –除外On sectors within/between the continental U.S./Canada where business class is not offered passengers will be accommodated in first class subject to availability of seats at the time of booking at a surcharge /q/ of USD 100.00 per flight segment.在美国与加拿大地区间的旅行，或在美国与加拿大境内的旅行，当订座的时候出现因无法提供公务舱座位，而订头等舱的情况，每航段支付USD100的Q附加费用。
OTHER CONDITIONS 其它条件Passenger expenses shall not be absorbed by the carriers.旅客费用不应由承运人承担。
Unaccompanied child 2-11 will not be accepted for travel at fares governed by this rule. 此规定及相关运价不适用于2-11岁无成人陪伴儿童。
-----Free baggage allowance –免费行李额Ticket should be issued with checked baggage allowance as piece for the entire journey. 在整个航程中，托运行李应按照计件行李出票。
Note –注A passenger is entitled to 2 pieces for 23 kg each as checked baggage allowance.Baggage in excess of the checked baggage allowance shall be charged per piece according to piece system for the sectors where piece system applies for fares other than SkyTeam RTW fares.For the sectors where weight system applies for fares other than SkyTeam RTW fares baggage in excess shall be charged per kilogram according to weight system.每位旅客只允许免费携带2件行李，每件行李重量不超过23公斤。
行李超出规定免费行李额时，应根据航段计件法来计算，计件收取费用，而且不是按照天合联盟环球套票运价。
对于采用计重法的航段，应根据计重法支付每公斤所超出的费用，而不是按照天合联盟环球套票运价。
MN.MINIMUM STAY 最短停留时间Travel from last stopover must commence no earlier than 10 days after departure from fare origin.最后一个中途分程点的旅行时间，不得早于从运价始发开始旅行后的10天。
MX.MAXIMUM STAY 最长停留时间Return travel from last point of stopover must commence no later than 12 months after departure from origin.从最后一个中途分程点出发的时间，不得晚于从运价始发开始旅行后的12个月。
AP.ADVANCE RES/TKT 提前订座/出票Reservations and ticket issuance must be made at least 7 days prior to departure for sectors up to and including the first intercontinental sector. Other sectors may be booked prior to departure.至少在首段和第一个国际航段起飞之前的7天订座和出票，其他航段可在出发前订座。
Ticket numbers must be issued within 72 hours after reservations are made or 7 days prior to departure whichever is earlier.出票必须是在订座后72小时内，或在航班起飞前七天。
