•Terms of Payment: After conclusion of business, the Buyer shall open with the Bank of China, Beijing, an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favour of the Seller payable at the issuing bank against presentation of the shipping documents as stipulated under the General Terms And Conditions of this Contract after departure of the carrying vessel. The said Letter of Credit shall remain in force till the 15th day after shipment.

•付款条件:买方于成交后通过北京中国银行开出以卖方为抬头的不可撤销信用证,卖方在货物装船起运后凭本合同一般条款所列单据在开证行议付货款,信用证有效期为装船后15天止.
