Three Necessary Elements for Buildings

1．reliable materia：In Tadao's works,concrete is mainly used,and glass, wood,steel is supplemented used. 2.geometrical form：This kind of form provide the foundation and frame for buildings.It can be a subjective assumed object or a spatial structural object. 3.nature:The so-called nature here is one kind of unordered nature artificially or ordered nature organized from the ture nature.
The prayer room is symmetrically set under the lotus flower shaped ing the basic geometrical shape--square and circlr,this whole space is peaceful and clean which is helpful for the concentration of religionary think.

风之教堂
Located in the top of the Rokko Mountains in Kobe.
To reach entrance of the church,people should go up to the height of 800 meters through the cableway first and then take a taxi to get there.
When going through the narrow stairway and dark passage,it seems that people walk into a dark and complicated maze.In this part,we feel like getting into a "space tunnel".
水之教堂
This church is used for weddings oftenly.ItБайду номын сангаасs designed very simplely, except the thin cross standing in the pool,there's nothing to say.
光之教堂(1987～1989)
The architectural form is extremely simple. As the space is separated by concrete, the sunlight can seep into the church and this is so-called "The Cross of Light".
水御堂（1991年）
In the Buddhist story, water is the first element and the lotus flower is the symbol of awakening of Buddha Spirit. Located in the steep slope of Awaji Island,peolple can overlook the scenery of Osaka bay.
