Payment agreement
付款协议书
This agreement is made and entered into on the 27th day of April, 2018 by :

Whereas,Sinbul is an importer in China engaging in importing from foreign country to China.
MUHAMMAD is a pine nuts purchaser who buy pine nuts from Sinbul, then sell them out to make profit.
鉴于，Sinbul是一家在中国从事松子贸易的进口商，MUHAMMAD 是一个松子购买商，其从Sinbu购入松子后售出牟利。
Whereas, MUHAMMAD had not kept his promise to pay purchase proceeds, which result in interruption of business and distrust between the parties.
鉴于，MUHAMMAD未遵其承诺支付货款，此行为已造成双方合作及信任的中断。
Now therefore, the two parties meet in Nanjing, and ,by peaceful negotiation ,enter into this agreement to confirm the debt and make a schedule to pay it off as following:
因此，双方会于南京，经平和协商达成本协议以确认所欠债务及确定还款计划如下：
Article one MUHAMMAD confirms he still owe Sinbul purchase proceeds

第一条MUHAMMAD确认截止其仍欠Sinbul货款美元。
Article two Muhammad promises to pay the money confirmed in the preceding article as follows:

Any delay for one installment will be regards as default of whole debt and sinbul has the right to require the whole debt to be paid immediately, except forbearance obtained from sinbul.
Provided otherwise agreed, sinbul has the right to seize and dispose the property of MUHAMMAD and other legal selfhelp action with the view to recover its claim.
第二条Muhammad承诺按以下计划支付在前条中确认的欠款：年月日前支付美元；

就任一期的逾期即被视为就全部债务的逾期，除经Sinbul同意延期支付外，Sinbul有权立即就全部债务要求偿还。
除非另有约定，Sinbul有权采取扣押、处置MUHAMMAD名下财产的方式等自助行为以回收其债权。
Article three This agreement is governed by laws of P.R.C .This agreement is made both in Chinese and English
and, at case of discrepancies, Chinese prevail.
第三条本协议适用中国法。本协议同时以中英文书就，如有差异中文优先。
