(4) 实施合同工程指根据本合同为完成合同工程所从事的必要工作，也指本合同要求的一切附带作业、服务和工作。 （5）Works Information is information which either ·specifies and describes the works or ·states any constraints on how the Contractor Provides the Works and is either ·in the documents which the Contract Data states it is in or ·in an instruction given in accordance with this contract.
