Beon is main for the product release ( the quality document). Lion is main for the project time schedule.
For the suppliers, you have to fill in the project time schedule information and tell the customer your sampling time on the Lion system, and then fill in the sample information (the related quality documents) on the Beon system.

6.2 The first off-tool parts, as well as parts required for pre-series release vehicle(VFF), pilot series(PVS), and zero series purposes, shall be supplied to Audi by the supplier at the series price, if no other prices are specified in appendix 1.

1.4 The supplier must ensure that the technical and technological capacities requried as per Appendix 1 are available at the specified times. First samples, incl. the corresponding test report, must be delivered to the appropriate engineering department at Audi six weeks before the pilot series.
The supplier has been selected by Audi under the indication that the item is a component that will also be used by the other Volkswagen Group companies listed above and will be purchased from the supplier.
