预防水痘知识水痘是由带状疱疹病毒引起的常见的急性传染病，一年四季都可发病，其中以冬春季为多。

其传染性极强，一旦接触，90%以上会在1—3周内发病。

潜伏期约为12～21天，平均14天。

临床症状：在出疹前1~2日可有发烧、咳嗽、头痛、四肢酸痛或恶心、呕吐、腹痛等前驱症状。

皮疹开始于躯干，然后发展到头皮、面部，四肢较少见。

先有红色小丘疹，数小时后变成绿豆大小清澈透亮的小水疱，水疱周围绕以红晕，伴有瘙痒。

数日后水疱从中央开始干瘪，形成脐样凹陷，之后干燥结痂，痂皮脱落即愈，病程大约2周。

部分患者可有口腔、鼻咽等部位粘膜水疱、溃疡，伴疼痛。

水痘病毒具有高度传染性，接触传染性极强，危害更为严重的是呼吸道分泌物经空气飞沫散布，一旦在集体单位发现，常可迅速传播。

成人感染水痘的危害：成年人患水痘也较常见，病情较儿童更为严重。

常见的并发症主要是肺炎，严重者可危及生命。

临床症状表现有出疹、咳嗽、呼吸困难、发热，部分人出现胸膜炎、胸痛及咯血等症状成年人因水痘并发症死亡的发生率是儿童的30-40倍。

发生水痘时处理：1.隔离水痘患者患者的隔离期应自出疹开始到出疹后6-14天，或隔离至全部水痘疱疹干燥结痂为止。

此前不得入学；亦不应出门与其他儿童玩耍接触。

2.患者的呼吸道分泌物及被污染的用品应消毒。

3.易感者接触后应观察3周(可自接触后第11天起观察)。

预防：1.注意营养均衡、加强体育锻炼。

2.加强室内的通风换气，或紫外线照射室内进行空气消毒。

接触患者后彻底洗手。

3.避免去人多的公共场合。

人多的公共场合最容易感染各种病毒，尤其是换季时节。

4.口服板蓝根有一定预防作用，但是具体要看个体。
