As for students gain a high score isn’t the first priority, a strong and healthy body is our ultimate goal. Therefore taking P.E. courses can be advantageous to all college students
First of all, P.E. courses are outdoor courses, students come out of the crowded classroom , into the open air. Running, jumping, playing games make students more outgoing and sociable. It boost students’ prospects of making more friends, and gain lots of useful skills like teamwork. Secondly, the P.E. courses’ training, makes students stronger and healthier. Students can feel their energy inside their body all the time. Their power beyond their imagination. For example, students don’t need to take a rest by climbing the fifth floor with a heavy bag. They can handle heavy coursework more effectively.
Taking a P.E. course at college can benefit students in developing useful social skills as well as better coping skills for their stress at school. They can release their academic stress by taking exercise like playing basketball, tennis or just simply chasing each other. And only in this way can students have a chance to have a healthy body and a outstanding score at the same time.

I always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health. I seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if I work a whole daylong. I shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to live longer and do more for the country.
