外贸开发信范文

1.开发信应尽量少用已读回执功能,当然,一般情况下,刚写好一封新的开发信,自己对它的成效把握不大的时候,你也可以试着用这个功能,看看客户收到之后,会怎么处理。

这里有个情况,有些客户就是看了,他也不会给你发已读回执。

这种情况会比给你发已读回执的要多见。

为什么不回复?这个问题问的好!有很多可能的情况,也许是客户目前有合适的供应商,或许是他只是想看看是什么邮件,或许是你的介绍没有达到让他要回复的那种效果。

可以给你回复的情况也很多,一种是因为礼貌性的回复,比如说I will contact you later whenever we have inquiries , we have put your company in our achives and shall contact you when required.... .其实主要的问题就是,要多了解这个客户,而不是套用网上已经流传几年的开发信模板,因为很可能你联系的这个客户已经收到很多这样的邮件,没有什么兴趣了。

另外一点,也是很多新手忽略的就是,过多的介绍自己公司,没有去找出2个公司的共同点或者有可能的合作模式。

还有很多,这里就不一一说明。

2.邮件标题的设置很重要!我已经在FOB上有介绍过,有机会在分享什么样的标题最能促使客户去点击打开。

3.你们发的是垃圾邮件。

理由看第一点,没有针对性,只泛泛介绍自己。

我有空的时候才发几封开发信,而且是一个月才发一些,你发的200封,我需要用大约1年时间才发那么多。

现在来说说这种格式的优势何在:收信人一目了然。

假设是我收到这样的开发信,我的第一感觉是,这封信是专门给我的,尽管上面没有写到我的名字JACK,但是他指明说要给purchasing manager,(当然这时我是采购经理的条件下)。

其实大部分情况下,我就写TO : Mr PURACHASING MANAGER,因为通常情况下,尽管你知道这个公司是你潜在的客户公司,但是你竭尽全力搜取相关人员的名字,联系方式都没法实现。

这时,你只能模糊的写,当然这是肯定比你只写dear sir or madam 还了不知到少倍,起码潜在客户知道你为了得到这些信息已经花费了一定的时间。

而通常情况下,你只写Dear sir,没有特别说明某一职位的话,要是我的话,我会觉得你在群发。

至少我是这么认为。

有时候,你只能找到INFO@ 等的邮件,各位,请发无妨。

所发的邮件不能发送到预期要到达的人,但是一般你写着MR PURCHASING MANAGER, GENERAL MANAGER, CONTRACTING ENGINEER 之类的在该公司担任要职的,收到信件的小生也会乖乖的帮你转发给这些人,因为他们也怕这封邮件很重要,要是不发送,以后追究责任那也比较麻烦,当然了,不是每个人都会转发的。

不要在这里死扣本人所说的话。

Herein, we would like to cooperate with 客户公司名称and together work on it.In my following email, we will attach the product catalogue for your reference.Wish you have a nice weekend in advance.Best regards,Sales ManagerInternational Sales DepartmentCOMPANY NAMEADD:Tel:Fax:Cell:Email:Website:大家会发现,信件中文中提到一些别的公司,这些都是花时间了解客户公司的相关活动,,在邮件中提及并说明你,就你们公司,能够给他提供什么帮助,注意用词,是帮助,比如说减少什么成本,等。

这也是我为什么花很多时间了解潜在客户公司的状况,而不是盲目的一天发个100封的邮件的原因。

随便发开发信也在一定程度上降低了自己和公司的档次。

一般有规模的公司不会乱发垃圾邮件!另,大家发现我给的收信人地址是admin@ 有时是info@等,当然这封邮件是我开发新初期的模版,后来由所改进,虽是不是很成熟,但是最终结果是:Dear Jack,Thanks for your email and your product range is interesting.We are keen to promote your products in DDDD market with your support.I will send you our detailed introduction letter in a day or two.In the mean while, kindly courier us your complete product profile with all the catalogues, manufacturing facilities,QA Manual, approval certificates, supply reference etc thru courier at the following address (address is confidential here )Mr. DDDDDG.M.Prospect Company nameAdd:Tel:Fax:Mobile:Web:Email:注,这个客户到现在邮件来往有14封,均比较简短,但是成了个小单就几千美金,不过也助我实现月200000美金的销售目标了。

目前在跟这个客户洽谈具体代理协议事宜。

代理越多,俺就不用在发开发信了,俺好像是做安利直销一样,做个自己的小网络,是遍布各国的小网络。

让下线自己去拓展他们的小网络去吧,俺在金字塔顶上每天处理订单就好啦。
