一、外籍教师职责

The Foreign Teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan. The Foreign Teacher should apply this teaching plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons.
4. 外籍教师主要的工作内容：

a)讲授语音课与口语课。
To teach Oral English Lesson.
b)担任口语大赛的评委。
To be a judge in the Oral English Competition.
c)组织备课和与家长学生互动活动。
To prepare lessons before class and organize interaction activities with parents and students.
d)若教学时间有变动，应服从聘用方的安排，不得有异议。
If the schedule of the classes is changed， the Foreign Teacher should obey the employer’s arrangement with no objection.

5. 外籍教师同意在三个分校任教（分校、分校、分校）。
The Foreign Teacher will teach in the three branch schools of Education which are branch， branch and branch.
6. 外籍教师在上课时间不得迟到，若迟到5分钟以上，每次罚款50元。
The Foreign Teacher must not be late for school. If he/she is late for school over 5 minutes each time， it will be a penalty of 50RMB each time.
二、聘用方职责
Employer’s Duties and Responsibilities
1. 聘用方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。
The Employer will provide guidance and evaluation of the Foreign Teacher’s work.
2. 聘用方将安排一位中教协助外籍教师授课。
A Chinese teacher will be arranged to assist the Foreign Teacher in teaching.
3. 聘用方支付给外籍教师每个月人民币元，以及课时费每课时人民币30元。The Employer will provide a salary of RMB per month to the Foreign Teacher， and RMB 30 per class.
4. 聘用方支付外籍教师交通补贴人民币元/次。
The Employer will provide a traffic allowance of RMB each time， at most RMB100 per day.
5. 每月15号支付上个月的薪酬与交通补贴。
The salary and traffic allowance of this month will be paid by cash on the 15th day of next month.
三、合同的终止
Termination of Contract
1. 如外籍教师违反聘用方的工作制度或者合同的其他条款，聘用方有权通知外籍教师终止合同。此情况，当月无任何薪酬与补贴。
If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform his/her duties and responsibilities as shown in the Employer's working regulations and the contract， the contract will be terminated immediately. In this situation， the Foreign Teacher will not receive any salary and traffic allowance of this month.
2. 如聘用方认为外籍教师表现不佳，聘用方有权立即终止合同，外籍教师只能得到已
工作的薪酬。
If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform well in teaching at the discretion of the Employer， the contract will be terminated in 3 days， but the Foreign Teacher will only receive the salary of the days that he/she has worked.
3. 如外籍教师在合同期内辞职，聘用方有权不支付外籍教师任何薪酬与补贴。
If the Foreign Teacher resigns during the contract term， the Employ has the right not to pay any salary or traffic allowance of this month to him/her.

If this notification is not done, there will be a reduction of pay by RMB 100 per time of abse nee; this pen alty also applies to any un approved tard in ess from class.
