• Langzhong was also the researching center of Fengshui (geomantic[,dʒi:əu'mentik]风水的 omen['əumən]征兆 ).
• In the Tang Dynasty, Yuan Tiangang袁天罡 and Li Chunfeng李淳风 , two experts on astronomy [ə'strɔnəmi]天文学and Fengshui culture, went to Langzhong, studying astronomy and Fengshui and living in seclusion[si:'klu:ʒən]隔离； 隐退 . They later died and buried here.

• Langzhong has deep cultural accumulation. • The legend goes that Hua Xu华胥 , Fu Xi's mother, was pregnant with Fu Xi in Langzhong who is the ancester of Chinese nation. It is the breeding place of Ba culture and a place where Islamism, Confuciunism, Buddhism, Christianity coexist harmoniously.
