LZ-75高铝砖产品使用说明
LZ-75高铝砖是以致密铝矾土熟料、高纯硅线石为主要原料，广西白泥作结合剂，半成品经高压成型、高温烧结而制成的成品。

原料中加入高纯硅线石，在高温烧制过程中，硅线石中SiO2和高铝矾土中富余的Al2O3产生化学反应，形成大量莫来石，从而改变了高铝砖的物理性能，耐压强度、荷重软化温度显著提高。

高铝砖化学性质趋于中性，因而抗酸、碱熔渣侵蚀性也比粘土砖和硅砖高，主要使用于电解槽炉底耐火层，可提高热工设备的使用寿命。

该产品不能露天存放，要防雨，防潮，防震，防摔，可配高铝质泥浆砌筑窑炉。

LZ-75 High alumina products
The raw materials of high alumina brick are dense bauxite, high purity sillimanite, bonding with Guangxi white mortar. The LZ-75 high alumina brick is formed under high pressure and sintered under high temperature. The high purity sillimanite is added into the raw materials, which can be formed plentiful mullite due to SiO2 have chemical reaction with Al2O3 under high temperature. The physical properties of high alumina brick are changed, the performance of crushing strength and refractoriness under load are better. High alumina brick is neutral refractories, the acid resistance and alkali slag resistance are better than clay and silica based brick.
LZ-75 high alumina brick is mainly used in the bottom of electrolysis cell. It can prolong the service life of thermal equipment.
LZ-75 high alumina brick is stored protection from outside, rainy, moisture, shock and drop. When installed kilns, it is matched with high alumina mortar.。
