大家上午好！
由中华人民共和国商务部主办，...管委会承办的2017年发展中国家水土保持与旱作农业研修班今天在杨凌开班。

在此，我谨代表...国际交流中心向一直以来关心、支持和指导工作的各位领导表示衷心的感谢！对各位学员的到来表示热烈的欢迎！下面我宣布：开班仪式现在开始。

We are here in Yangling today to celebrate the opening ceremony of seminar on Soil and Water Conservation and Dryland Farming for Developing countries in 2017. The seminar is organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, and sponsored by the On behalf of the demonstration zone, I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude to all t he officials who have been supporting and caring for Yangling’s foreign aid program. And i’d like to give my warm welcome to all the participants present here today. May i now announce the beginning of the seminar on Soil and Water Conservation and Dryland Farming for Developing countries in 2017.
