Thirdly , teachers focus on impart knowledge, neglect to cultivate student’s ability to discover and solve problems ,so their integration of knowledge and practical ability are very poor.周东：teachers over emphasis on the cultivation of scientific research ability in the process of education and lack of moral education and aesthetic education for students.张海洋：What do you say make sense. These problems are very common in nowadays’ graduate education . m any Chinese people consider the higher education as elite education. but in my opinion I don’t think so.王静：It’s true.
