It serves as the interface between the system and the Central Control Operators and provides the required ATS level automatic control and supervision functions. Its primary function is to provide information to the COs on the position and status of all tracked trains, and status of the field equipment within the ATC system.系统管理中心(SMC)包括全系统的管理设备。
