本试验表格在编制过程中,与现行国家、行业标准和总公司相关标准进行了协调;调整了原试验表格中不符合总公司铁路建设项目特点和要求的有关内容;吸纳了原试验表格发布后,在总公司铁路工程施工的实践经验;配套修改了标准动态管理工作中对相关标准已作的局部修订内容,为总公司铁路工程建设施工质量和安全提供技术支撑。
本试验表格主要内容包括:水泥、粗细骨料、掺和料、外加剂、拌和用水、混凝土(砂浆)配合比、混凝土力学性能和耐久性能、混凝土无损检测、混凝土构件性能、水泥乳化沥青砂浆试验、岩石和土工试验、原位尝试、填土密度、钢材、道砟、锚杆、防水材料、石灰等的试验记录和试验报告。
本试验表格主要增加了委托单位、工程名称和施工部位等信息,统一了相关术语、符号、代号、计量单位和表达方式等内容,调整了表格中日常试验项目的排序。
在执行本试验表格过程中,希望各单位结合工程实践,认真总结经验,积累资料。
