社会对教育的要求高了,学生获取知识的渠道多了,教师的压力也相应大了,课堂教学、教育科研、职称考核、继续教育……,不少教师身体素质下降,自卑、失眠、焦虑等症状出现,这些问题如不及时解决,既不利于教师自身的成长,也影响教育的质量。
一、教师健康总体状况本学区现有在职教师90人,本次调查内容分身体、工作、生活、心理四部分,采用发放问卷和召开座谈会的形式,努力使调查结果具有真实性、科学性。
调查问卷列举了11类身体疾病,教师根据自身身体状况进行选择,结果显示,接受调查的教师92.6%患有1种以上身体疾病,有47.2%教师同时患有两种以上疾病,有10.9%的教师认为自己有心理障碍。
11种疾病中,患病率最高的四类疾病依次为:第一,消化系统疾病,患病率34.2%;其次是呼吸系统疾病,患病率20.2%;排在第三位的是心血管疾病,患病率15.5%;第四是骨关节疾病,患病率13.3%。
女教师妇科疾病患病率较高,占25.8%。
据有关资料显示,消化系统疾病、高血压等疾病与人的心理密切相关,如紧张、压抑、烦躁、郁闷等,均会产生消化系统的不良症状;呼吸系统疾病则与教师讲话多、发声不科学和长期吸入粉尘有关;经常站立、伏案工作、缺乏锻炼是导致骨关节疾病的主要原因。
二、教师工作情况1、课时量大,工作时间长。
