申请书结尾-建议书结尾工程尾款结算协议书工程尾款结算协议书甲方：海南东方招金矿业有限公司乙方：温州矿山井巷工程有限公司鉴于甲乙双方于2016年1月1日签订为期1年的承包合同，由于条件发生变化，经双方协商同意提前解除合同，现就合同解除后结算支付工程尾款之事宜，双方经协商达成以下条款。
1.经甲乙双方确认的工程尾款为：人民币壹佰零捌万肆仟伍佰叁拾元整2.甲方同意乙方于2016年10月8日持东方市地税部门提供的正式地税发票前来公司结算，甲方在收到乙方出具的正式发票后于2016年10月8日一次性支付工程尾款。
或者，在此前期间客观原因未开出地税发票，乙方同意甲方甲方按照%的税率扣除税款后代为缴纳，扣除税款后的余款2016年10月8日当日一次性付清。
3.本协议发生的争议，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成可向当地人民法院提起诉讼。
4.该协议作为双方协定的承包合同的补充协议，于承包合同具有同等法律效力。
5.本协议一式两份，双方各执一份，具有同等的法律效力，自双方签字盖章之日起生效。
