A Romantic Experience
A ROMANTIC EXPERIENCE
In the summer holiday of 2014, I went to The Peach Garden with my best friend. The scenery was fantastic there. We saw the splendid karst cave, the dense peach blossom, and Chinese classic buildings. Besides these characteristics, what impressed me most is the traditional wedding ceremony held there.

In the moving and heart-warming atmosphere, the emcee said to all of couples: “First we would like to get our bless for our bride and bridegroom from the Great Heaven and Nature! Second we would like to get our bless for our bride and bridegroom from their Great Parents! Finally we would like to get our bless for our bride and bridegroom from all the notable friends and relatives!”
he had said it than we saw 2 young men dressed in formal suit, standing behind them with a smile.

“With the favor of traditional culture, they choose to get a formal wedding today. Let’s bless them!” After the emcee saying it, people burst into applause. The old bride fixed her eyes on the bridegroom in tears. The bridegroom gave her an affectionate smile. We could hear their vows.

On the auspicious day, we happened to travel there, and watched the wedding ceremony held there, where 52 couples married up. Dressed in scarlet, every couple was filled in joy and happiness. Among them, an old lady and her husband came

Suddenly, the petal rain fell. Every relative came forward to wish happiness to new couples, enjoyed the aroma of peach blossoms and drink the wine. The spectacle impressed us a lot, not only because of the true love of the old couple, but also the traditional procedure in such a classical beautiful spot.

The particular couple seemed to be around 60 years old, but the smile on their faces was young and shining. They were really conspicuous among the other couples who would get married. “Isn’t it weird? ”we thought. Then the emcee explained the reason why they got married here.

It reminded me of a lyric that the most soulful confession is companionship. Therefore, I realize that I ought to treasure my friends and relatives who have accompanied me when I was down, and always be there for them.
