1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT合同主旨
1.1 The Seller has sold, and the Buyer has bought, on basis on CIF Port VLADIVOSTOC

To be delivered in tanker lots to conform to (Appendix № 2), deliveries starting May, 2011, per minimum cargo 50,000 MT or maximum 100,000 MT.
