拨叉的加工工艺及其夹具设计

摘要
此次毕业设计融入了本科期间学的一些重要理论知识,如机床的转速、进 给量以及加工余量和刀具等参数的选用,同时也注意到要考虑有关零件加工时 的表面精度和位置精度要求。
此次毕设包括了换挡拨叉零件的工艺编制、拨叉专用夹具的设计以及设计 说明书的撰写。
加工工艺和夹具设计是目前工厂生产过程中的重要流程,加工工艺包括机 械加工工艺流程、各工序的加工参数等内容,好的一部分,它是工艺装备 的重要组成部分,是除了机床以外最重要的工艺辅助装备。 关键词:拨叉 夹具设计 工艺路线

Abstract
The graduation design into the undergraduate period to learn some important theoretical knowledge, such as machine speed, feed and processing margins and tooling and other parameters of the selection,but also noted that the parts to consider the surface accuracy and location accuracy requirements.
The complete set includes the shift fork parts of the preparation process, the design of the fork for the fixture and write the design manual.
Processing technology and fixture design is an important process in the factory production process. The processing technology includes the machining process and the processing parameters of each process. The good machining process can simplify the processing flow and improve the quality of the workpiece. Fixture design is part of the process, it is an important part of process equipment, in addition to the machine tool is the most important auxiliary equipment.
