探讨与争鸣:
陶红艳:这节课是一节综合复习课,主要复习了期中之后所教授的五,六两个单元的知识点.这两个单元的知识点既有各自不同的侧重点,也有有联系的地方,就是它们都和"节日"这一话题有关,只不过第五单元侧重某一个具体节日活动的讨论,在其中教学了"一般过去时"的语法点,"节日"是教授这一语法点的媒介.而第六单元则侧重于教授生活中各种不同节日的名称和人们通常在节日所开展的活动,是以"节日"为中心进行的讨论,其中练习到所学过的知识点和语言点.

1能让学生在掌握基础知识和基本技能的同时灵活的运用英语,培养听说读写的综合能力,拓展相关知识点。
2适当渗透英语文化教学,让学生了解英语背景国家的相关文化,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和求知欲。
三The teaching steps:
顾平文:作为一节复习课,适当的总结和归纳是很必要的.在教学中,对"动词过去式"的相关规则进行归纳。
蔡瑶:作为一节复习课,光靠教师扎实的教学是不够的,应该让所有学生自觉自愿的自主学习起来.作为一节复习课,应该起到拾漏补缺的作用,应该针对学生在平时的学习中所容易犯的一些错误和一些理解不够清晰的知识点进行巩固和再强化。
高昌勤:以讨论"节日"作为主线,依次复习了第六单元和第五单元的内容,先复习各种节日的名称和活动,接着过度到某个具体节日----国庆节的讨论,复习"一般过去时"这一语法知识点.这样的设计比较自然且流畅,并且能紧紧围绕着学生的生活实际,且能和即将到来的"圣诞节"联系起来,吸引学生的兴趣和注意力,并适当进行一些西方文化知识的渗透,丰富学生的知识积累.
