Governments have to keep a close eye on it. To achieve this, sound monitoring mechanism should be implemented and some supervisors are supposed to be selected .There's no denying that some bad guys or institutions who play an important role in the market want to control the capital market illegally just to make more margins. Consequently , small investors' benefits are ruined .This does harm to the further development .So it’s governments’ duty to take measures and focus on the operation !

1 What's your evaluation of China's capital market at present ?
It's a vast, impersonal, uncaring force of nature that is not affected by our wishes or desires. Because actually, one third of this ocean of capital actually belongs to individuals like us, and most of the rest of the capital markets is controlled by the institutions that get their power and authority and their capital from us, as members, participants, beneficiaries, shareholders or citizens. As the ultimate owners of the capital markets, we aren't able to make our voices heard, and we can't make some waves. Personal speaking, the scale of the market is bigger than our expectation.
