The Ford motor production
At the early time of Ford the major components of the original cars’ were all produced at home and were all installed by the operation staff by hand. It included frame, engine, body, wheels, and other parts. Hand assembly lines were its only production line. Without the influence of the economic globalization the Ford motor’s production was limited.

On June 4, 1896, Henry Ford drove his first car a trolley frame with four bicycle wheel on the mule cart on the Detroit street. It opened the curtain of the Ford empire.

In 1913, the company created the car assembly line. In the Highland Park set up the first assembly line, almost making the assembly speed is improved by 8 times. Finally make each working day every 10 seconds a T car rolled off the production line.

Without the effects of economic globalization the Ford motor’s development and expanding was limited. There were no batch production, no export, no international cooperation and exchange, and no world wide business.
