The purpose of an assault could be a host of many reasons likerevenge, financial problems, unrequited love affairs and/or drugs related. OurEmergency Procedure will try to cover all of the above when it occurs withinthe hotel premises, either in the guestrooms, in the public areas or back ofhouse areas.攻击是指被他人用枪、刀、硬器等武器所伤害。
通常使用武力的原因有报复、财务纠纷、感情问题以及毒品等。
本程序包括上述各种情况发生在酒店客房内、公共区域或后台区域时的处理方案。
Upon discovery of an assault situation, whether theassailant(s) has completed his quest and has fled or the assault is still inprogress, the assailant(s) is most probably armed, extremely dangerous andmaybe not in the right state of mind. The victim could be a hotel guest or ahotel staff. The discovery of an assault scene could be very unnerving as thereis usually plenty of blood and maybe dismembered parts of the victim’s bodywhich most people will find very disturbing especially when theassailant(s)and the weapon(s) are at the scene. Therefore, all departments should establishrelated emergency procedures, efficient and effective communications, and workclosely together to prevent incidents of this nature from happening in thehotel.鉴于此类情况危险，因为袭击者无论是在进行攻击、已结束或逃走，但他都可能拥有武器并且头脑不清醒；受害者可能是酒店客人或员工；案发现场可有会因为有血迹、支解的身体部分，袭击的凶器而恐怖。

EmergencyProcedure:程序Establish temporary emergency control centre,preferably next to the scene where the assault situation has occurred. (Thisautomatically assumes that the assailant(s) has fled the scene. If theassailant(s) is still at the scene, our staff should ensure their own personalsafety and must not approach the assailant(s), who is most certainlyarmed).最好在靠近现场处建立紧急临时控制中心。

如果凶手仍在，员工要确保自身安全，不要接近他，尤其是他还有武器的情况下。
）This temporary emergency control centre and wherethe victim is attacked should be cordon off (especially at public areas) sothat it will not be visible to any passers-by.控制中心和现场必须隔离（尤其在公共场所），不要让过往人员看到。
The commander-in-chief of this temporary emergency controlcentre is the General Manager with the Security Manager and the doctor from theclinic as the senior officers.控制中心的领导小组要由总经理、保安经理和医生组成。
With the consent of the General Manager, the policeshould be summoned immediately.经总经理批准，立即通知公安机关。
The doctor should examine the victim and apply firstaid immediately.医生负责验伤和救治。
In order to protect the scene for policeinvestigation, cordon off the area and designate it as a protective area andconfirm the various measures to keep the scene of the assault intact. Restrictaccess to ensure only authorized personnel could access to the area.为保护案发现场利于公安机关侦破，封锁隔离现场保证不被破坏。
只有特批人员才可进入该区域。
Should there be any action of movement of any articlesat the scene for any special reason (rescue, danger elimination), the originalstatus of the articles moved should be marked clearly. 如因特殊需要（营救、排除危险）而移动现场某些物品时，在其原地要清晰标注。
The hotel must keep this assault situationconfidential so as not to affect our other guests. If needed to move thevictim, ambulance should be parked at the back of the hotel and use back ofhouse routes to get there.酒店要做好保密工作，不可惊动其他客人。
如需救护车等转移受害者可使用员工通道。
Security personnel should make the best use of timeto investigate this assault situation (assuming the assailant(s) has alreadyfled from the scene) and report the following points accurately to policeafterwards.保安人员要尽可能勘察现场（当凶手已逃离），并按以下几点向公安机构详细汇报。
a/ Whetherthe victim is a guest of the hotel, if so, retrieve all personal data and furnisha copy of his registration card to the police;确认受害人是否为酒店客人，如是，找到其个人资料和登记卡打印交给警方；b/ Whetherthe victim is a staff of the hotel, if so, retrieve his personal file fromHuman Resources Department and furnish all his/her personal details to the police;确认受害人是否为酒店员工，如是，从人力资源部找到其个人档案复印交给警方；c/ Ifthis victim is unknown to the staff of the hotel, Security staff should, if thevictim is conscious, get the personal particulars from the victim and pass thesaid information to the police upon their arrival;如果受害人身份不明确，而其有意识，马上询问其个人信息，整理交于警方；d/ In the case of a guest or a staff is the victim, do nottry to establish contact with their family, relatives and friends until beingtold to do so by the police.如果受害人是客人或员工，未得到警方许可先不要联系其家人、亲戚或朋友；e/ Inquiriesshould be made with staff working close to the assault scene whether there areany abnormal activities prior to the assault situation. Also check whether thestaff or any guest has witness the incident. If so, take down all details andpass these to the police to assist them in their investigations.询问在现场或接近现场的员工，在案发前是否有异常事情，是否有其他员工、客人在场。
