Close Master View.
* If content overlaps the menu bar causing problems in clicking, Use the left/right arrows to scroll through instead. Alternately, copy all the menu bar from the Slide Master, and paste it on the slide itself. Then, click Format > Background > Omit background graphics from Master. Note that by doing so, you will then have to update the link manually. This is because Slide Master will not be able to update them automatically anymore. Current slide is an example of copying the menu bar directly on the slide.

Click on the rectangle, then click Slide Show > Custom Animation. Click Add Effect > Entrance > Appear. Click Add Effect > Exit > Disappear. Change the Start: for the two effects from “On Click” to “With Previous”. Now, drag and move them into Trigger: Rectanglerespectively. Have them placed together with the ones that contained many “With Previous”.

How to use DDMAT
Slide 1
To navigate around the slide, click on the arrow beside the menu. To scroll through previous or next slide, click on the left/right arrows. To quit, click on ‘Q’ beside quit.

To add a new slide, click on the last slide and click Insert > Duplicate Slide. Modify and give a new title to the slide (fSolrideexa5mple, Slide
6).
Click View > Master > Slide Master.
In the Slide Master, add a new name (for example, Slide 6) by clicking on the border of the textbox.
You can also use the arrow key on your keyboard to move up and modify the names of Slide 1 to 5.
Right click on the rectangle again, click Hyperlink. Click Place in This Document and select the new slide. Click ScreenTip…, type in a name so that an alternate text will appear when you place your mouse over the name. Click OK. Click OK again.
Next, draw a rectangle that covers the name (Slide 6) completely. Right click on the rectangle and click Format AutoShape. Set to No Fill and No Line so as to make the rectangle invisible. Click OK.
