我在大二期间就通过了大学英语四级及六级考试，虽然以后进入临床课程学习和临床实习，但我并没有放弃英语学习，现在能够读懂基本的英文文献。
During college,i worked very hard and won two scholarships.Now my GPA ranks among the top50%in my class.My english is also good and I can communicate and read in english,even professional medical papers written in english.
在实习上，我于2010年3月进入大临床实习。
我实习的医院是中山大学附属第五医院。
五院位于美丽富饶的海滨城市-珠海。
我很幸运，在我实习的那段时间，泌尿外科的手术量比较大，也使我的实习生活累着并充实着。
在泌尿外实习期间，我所在那组最多的就是泌尿系结石的手术，包括肾结石及输尿管结石，因此可以多次跟着老师上台，协助完成输尿管镜下的气压弹道碎石术；除此之外，通过老师的临床带教，我还对泌尿系肿瘤及先天性的尿道下裂手术有了一定的认识和了解。
虽然我只在泌尿外科实习了两周，但正是这两周，我发现我的兴趣之所在，并征得系里领导的同意，最终决定把考研方向定为泌尿外科方向。
I began my medical internship in the fourth year of college,in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of SYSU in Zhuhai City.It lasted for as long as6months.I loved the work there as a medical intern.I worked hard and with interest.During that time,I not only enriched my medical knowledge but also improved my practical skillls greatly.I specially want to talk about my experience in the department of Uriology.i staye for2weeks there and helped my teacher to do a lot of operations,such as……the life was exciting.And I knew at that time that I had fallen in love with Uriology and wanted to learn about it.so I made up my mind to get a master degree of Uriology in your hospital and then become a doctor in this area when I graduate.
在课外活动上，我积极参加各项校园活动，并获得了大学的认可和赞赏，先后担任过《中大青年》报社宣策部部长和校学生会勤工部副部长；同时，我喜欢户外活动，并积极参加各项公益活动。
在大一暑假，我学习了常用的急救操作，并成为全国大学生运动会医疗志愿者。
在课外科研中，我2008-2009学年度参与中山大学附属肿瘤医院病理科邵建永教授“鼻咽癌病理新分型及预后分析”科研，主要从事病例预后分析、病理玻片统计；并且于2009-2010
学年度参与毒理学实验室林忠宁教授“PP2A-B55δ亚基基因启动子区多态性筛查及单体型分析”科研，主要从事亚克隆实验操作。
通过两次科研，我学到了不少知识，也圆满地完成了老师交给的任务，并且对科研也有了最初的认识和理解。
high scores and good practise skills are important for a medical student.But the ability to do scientific research is also a must for a graduate student.During my college years,I was so lucky to have the opportunity to join in a professor’s team and learn to do research with him. Actually I did it twice.I not noly successfully finished my part of work in the experiment but also came to know what scientific research is like and how scientists think about everything.
Also I took part in many extracurriculem activities to try to improve my personal skills.I was honest,easy going and like to help others.This is also a reason why I want to become a doctor.I want to do something really meaningful and help patients who suffer from diseases.
But to become a good doctor of Uriology,my knowledge learned as a bachelor student is not enough.So I want to continue my education and learn more about the subject very much. This hospital is famous for her expertise in this area and I am sure I can learn a lot and become a good doctor here,under strict instruction of my mentor and collegues.
成为一名医德高尚医术精湛的医生，一直是我的梦想。
我知道，要实现这个梦想，仅仅靠我本科所学的东西是远远不够的。
我非常渴望能够继续读书，继续深造下去。
市第一人民医院泌尿外科的历史非常悠久，并且非常有实力，我渴望能在这里跟着老师学习，按受老师的指导，争取早日成为一名合格的泌尿外科医生。

5，外语能力，这个要提，比如通过六级，能读懂文献
6，读研的意愿及兴趣：这个很重要，自己的兴趣，对医院对专业对导师的了解等都要说一说。
要表明自己进入医院进入科室读研读某个导师的强烈兴趣和热情，这时不能遮遮掩掩。
把内容充实，同时语言要改到你读出来就像平时和人家聊天一样才是足够口语化的。
