ASG型电液控制系统技术协议

Technical Agreement of ASG E-H control Systems

for Shields ZF15000/26/38D

By and Between xxxx Coal Mines Group Co., Ltd. and

Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH

xxxx矿务集团有限公司(简称甲方)与德国蒂芬巴赫控制系统有限公司(简称乙方)就ZFG15000/26/38D液压支架电液控制系统达成如下技术协议。

The technical agreements herein belows are made by and between xxxx Coal Mines Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Party A) and Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH (hereinafter called Party B) for shields ZFG15000/26/38D:

一、支架控制方式

Shield control mode

1.工作面支架(145架) Face shields (145 Sets)

每个支架控制器控制两个主阀组, 前阀组14功能和后阀组8功能,共22功能。

One ASG controls two blocks, front block 14F and rear block 8F, total 22F.

二、具体技术要求

Detail technical requirements

1.控制器显示菜单语言为中文和英文,顺槽控制主机和地面主机显示菜单为中文。

Display menu on controller is in both Chinese and English, gate control unit and surface computer display in Chinese.

2.制造满足10.5秒工作循环的主阀体。

Tiefenbachs main control valves are made to meet the cycle time of 10.5 seconds.

3.支架配置电液控制系统,能够完成支架的各种动作功能。支架可实现成组程序自动控制,包括成组自动移架、成组自动推溜、成组自动伸收护帮、成组自动伸收伸缩梁。支架可实现邻架电控的手动、自动操作,实现本架电磁阀按钮的手动操作。顺槽主控计算机可实现远程控制工作面液压支架动作,即跟机自动化功能(跟机自动移架、跟机自动推溜、跟机自动喷雾功能)。可实现成组自动移架和推溜,又可本架手动按钮、左右(1-3)邻架电控按钮控制、

自动循环操作。

Shields are equipped with E-H control systems to be able to complete every action function of shields. Shield can realize group program automatic control including group automatic moving shields, group automatic pushing conveyor, group automatic extending and retracting extension bar. Shield can finish manual, automatic operation of E-H controls of adjacent shields and the manual operation on solenoid valve button of local shield. Gate main computer can realize remote control for face shield actions, viz., following-Shearer automatic function (following-Shearer automatic moving shields, following-Shearer automatic pushing conveyor, following-Shearer automatic spraying function). And automatic moving and pushing can be achieved, meanwhile, the manual pushing button in local shield and right and left (1-3) hand of adjacent shields controlled by E-H control button, and automatic cycling operation.

4.配备红外线接收装置,可与工作面采煤机实现联合动作。同时具备接收采煤机数字信号实现联动功能。支架能满足与采煤机、刮板机进行自动割煤要求,在三角煤区域也能实现自动拉架。

The infrared receiver device is equipped, to be able to complete the associated action with face Shearer. Meanwhile, it should be with the function of receiving signal data of Shearer to complete associatedly action. Shields meet the requirement of auto coal-cutting with Shearer and scraper conveyor, to complete the function of auto shield pulling in triangle mine area.

5.对立柱的工作压力、推移千斤顶的行程、煤机的位置、方向等进行监测和数据传输。能将数据传输至地面控制中心并显示。

To monitor and transfer data for the working pressure of leg, stroke of advancing ram, position and direction of Shearer and etc. To be able to transfer data to surface control center and display.

6.电液控制系统设有声音报警、急停、本架闭锁及故障自诊断显示功能,并能方便地进行人工手动操作。

E-H control system is set with sound alarm, quick-stop, local shield lockout and self diagnose and display, also should be convenient for manual operation.

7.供电电压为AC 127V 50Hz。

The power supply voltage is AC 127V 50Hz/12V.

8.电控装置外壳防护等级不低于IP67。

E-H equipment housing’s protection level should be not lower than IP67.

9.电控系统为非主-从机型,当工作面控制系统与顺槽控制中心断开后,仍能完成各种操作功能。没有顺槽计算机就无法实现自动功能。

E control system is NOT Master-slaver type, when face control system disconnects to gate control center, it should aslo be able to complete any operating functions. No automatic function without
