统计数据显示，今年前7个月，西部地区规模以上工业稳步增长，城镇固定资产和房地产投资增速均比较高，消费市场的总量及其增速继续高涨。
其中，工业发展从绝对增长量来看，陕西省位居西部地区前三，达到1146.74亿元，起到了带头作用。
在吸引外资方面，西部地区在今年上半年取得了快速的增长，实际使用外资增幅达51.93%，比全国平均水平高出39.76个百分点。
同时，中国政府也正大力推动中国企业走出去，充分利用“两种资源”和“两种市场”，加强与世界各国的联系与合作，推动双赢。
Under the guidance of the government’s western development policy, we are pleased to see the economic development of Ch ina’s western provinces has witnessed a good momentum.Statistics show that the large-scale industries in western region grow steadily for the first seven months of this year, the investment growth of town fixed assets and real-estate are relatively high, the total amount of consumer market and its growth continue to rise. Among them, in terms of the absolute growth of industrial development, Shaanxi province reached 114.674 billion Yuan, ranked the top three in the western region of Shaanxi Province, playing a leading role. There had also been a rapid increase in attracting foreign investment in the first half of the year, its actual use of foreign capital increased to 51.93%, 39.76 % higher than the nationalaverage.Meanwhile, the Chinese government vigorously encourages Chinese enterprises to go out, make full use of "two resources" and "two markets", and strengthen ties and cooperation with other countries in the world so as to promote a win-win situation.普华永道很高兴能参与到陕西省的经济发展中，我们在西安的办事处协同普华永道全球的专业人员一如既往地发挥我们专业的优势和遍布全球的客户服务网络，积极协助跨国公司在陕西投资，也用我们为陕西的公司走向国际提供一流的支持和服务。

如何在陌生的商业环境下成功收购外国公司的资产，或者建立自己的网络；如何迅速而顺利地被当地政府和市场接纳；如何规划最有利的公司业务架构、税务、财务结构，以及使被收购公司在接手后能够按计划迅速走上正轨，都是值得投资海外的中国企业需要认真考虑的问题。
同时，企业家们还必须思考的是，在企业持续发展和拓展扩张的同时，如何整合，如何加强公司治理，如何规避风险，真正实现企业的可持续发展。
However, the strategy of going out is also facing some specific challenges in practice. How to buy foreign companies’ assets successfully in a strange business environment or to set up their own network; How can they be accepted by the local government and market quickly and smoothly; How to plan the most dangerous business,tax and financial structure, and how to quickly make the acquired company on the right track on schedule after being taken over, all these are worth serious considering of Chinese enterprise with overseas investment. 不同类型的成功背后都有一个共同的基石：有效的治理、风险和合规管理使得成功可以在不同的地区，不同环境中不断复制。
一家曾经辉煌的全球领先的能源企业轰然倒塌，一个影响英伦百年的银行因为一个人而倒闭……失败的故事也还在不断发生。
每一个强者的失败背后也大都有一个共同的顽疾：治理、风险及合规的失效。
Among these, we saw a lot of experience of successful enterprises, but there are also some lessons from failure:A world’s leading PC multinational developed from a small workshop in the garage; A little coffee shop has become the world's largest coffee chain, and is still expanding rapidly; A grocery store in a remote town has turned into the world's largest retail enterprise...there are numerous success stories happening now.There is a common foundation behind the success of different types: effective governance, risk and compliance management makes success be replicated constantly in different regions and environments.A once-brilliant global leading energy enterprise collapse all of sudden , a bank which had an impact on Britain for a hundred years bankrupted because of a single person’s fau lt......The story of failure are still ongoing.There is probably a common problem behind the failure of each strong man: governance, risk and compliance failure.在遵循各种不同的法律、法规要求的同时，许多企业都面临效率低下甚至重复工作等问题。
