管理学创新实验班本科培养计划Experimental Program for Management Science一、培养目标Ⅰ.Educational Objectives管理学(管理科学与工程、工商管理、公共管理)创新实验班培养具有扎实的基础理论功底、掌握国际先进的管理研究方法、经过严格系统的管理科学训练的学生,使他们具备在管理科学研究及决策中敏锐的观察力、独立的思想和严谨科学的分析能力,具备全球化背景下的国际视野和根植于中华文明的人文素养,具备在变革环境下处理复杂问题的综合能力及专业的职业操守,为未来中国培养最优秀的管理人才。

This program (Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration) provides students with a sound foundation in the principles of management and an in-depth analytical skill of mathematics and computer, referenced the training program of international top universities. Graduates will become specialists to research and do practical work in the area of management science.二、基本规格要求Ⅱ.Skills Profile实验班毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:1. 修完国际一流大学管理学基本课程,掌握扎实的管理学基础理论;2. 具有坚实的经济学与数理基础和较强的数学分析能力;3. 能熟练阅读英文教材并具有较强的口语交流能力;4. 能运用计算机进行模型分析与模拟;5. 掌握中外文文献检索的基本方法,具有较强的管理研究和实际工作能力。

Experimental class of school of ManagementAs a student of this program, he/she shall gain the following:1. The basic courses of international top universities in management;2. The basic courses of applied mathematics program in mathematics;3. Ability to read the English documents of the two majors and to communicate with others inEnglish;4. Skills of using computer to analyze model;5. Skills to search documents and data and abilities to research and practical job.三、培养特色Ⅲ.Program Features秉承国际化的办学理念,课程设置和人才培养基本与国际接轨;强化学生数理基础训练(数学要求不低于数学系学生)、坚实的管理学与经济学理论基础训练(达到中级以上水平,国外原版教材)、管理现象观察、实践与研究训练(强化实践环节,科研能力训练)、外语和计算能力训练(原版教材,双语或全英语授课,部分海外教师等),创新能力和综合素质训练等;保持外语、数学、计算机教学四年不断线。

We put special emphasis on training of foundameatals of mathematics and physics, theories of management, practical and researching skills, foreign language and compater skill, creativity and comprenensive quality and observing various management phenomenon. We keep on teaching of English, mathematics and information technology during the whole 4 years.四、主干学科Ⅳ.Major Disciplines管理学,数学,经济学Management,Mathematics,Economics五、学制与学位Ⅴ.Length of Schooling and Degree学制:四年制Duration: 4 years授予学位:管理学学士Degrees Conferred: Bachelor of Management六、学时与学分Ⅵ.Hours/Credits完成学业最低课内学分(含课程体系与集中性实践教学环节)要求:190Minimum Credits of Curricular (Comprising course system and intensified internship practicaltraining) 要求:190完成学业最低课外学分要求:5Minimum Extracurricular Credit:51. 本科课程体系学时与学分2. 集中性实践教学环节周数与学分Weeks/Credits of Intensified Internship and Practical Training3. 课外学分Extracurricular Credits/注:1.参加校体育运动会获第一名、第二名者与校级一等奖等同,获第三名至第五名者与校级二等奖等同,获第六至第八名者与校级三等奖等同。

Explanations1.管理学创新实验班学生实施多渠道分流或优胜劣汰基础上的本硕博贯通式培养模式,以上各项为本科阶段培养计划。

第四年实行部分学生弹性分流本科毕业,保留60%的学生进入硕士阶段;第五年进入硕士阶段的20%学生弹性分流,再经过一年半培养以硕士研究生毕业;余下的学生再通过三年完成博士层次教育。

1.The Innovation Experimental Program for Management Science adopts a talent education modelwhich provides the bachelor-master-doctor (BMD) straight-through program based on multiple-channel diversion or survival competition. The above list is the education plans for the undergraduate period. In the fourth year, 40% of the students will graduate with bachelor’s degree and the other will be recommended for admission to the graduate school; in the fifth year, 20% among those recommended candidates will graduate with master’s degree after one and a half years’education; And the rest will be eligible to earn their doctoral degree after three more years’education.2.此实验班本科阶段学制四年。
