十九、金融和保险简要说明一、本篇资料的主要内容本篇反映近十年来我国金融、证券和保险业发展情况。
有以下五个部分： 一是银行系统机构人员，二是金融机构金融活动情况，三是存贷款利率调整情况，四是直接融资情况，五是保险业务情况。
二、本篇各部分资料来源１．反映金融机构人员情况的表是“１９－１银行系统机构、人员数”，由中国人民银行总行人事部门根据有关的行政记录汇总和填报。
２．反映金融机构活动情况的资料包括： “１９－２金融机构信贷资金平衡表（资金来源）”，“１９－３金融机构信贷资金平衡表（资金运用）”，“１９－４金融机构现金收入”，“１９－５金融机构现金支出”，“１９－６金融机构现金投放回笼差额”，“１９－７黄金和外汇储备”。
金融机构信贷资金平衡表及现金收支表的统计范围包括中国人民银行、国家政策性银行、国有商业银行、其他商业银行、城市信用合作社、农村信用合作社、财务公司、信托投资公司、金融租赁公司、邮政储蓄机构。
中国人民银行总行根据金融机构的基层单位全面填报、并按各自系统汇总的资料，进行归并和汇总，最后得到金融机构的信贷收支及现金收支表。
黄金和外汇储备表中的资料取自于中国人民银行的资产负债表，由该行有关部门提供。
３．反映存贷款利率调整情况的“１９－８金融机构法定存款利率表”和“１９－９金融机构法定贷款利率表”，数据来自中国人民银行总行规定的、并对外发布的存贷款利率。
４．反映直接融资情况的“１９－１０国内有价证券分类发行情况”、“１９－１１上市公司数量一览表”、“１９－１２股票发行筹集情况”、“１９－１３股票交易统计表”，资料取自中国证券管理委员会编制的《中国证券统计年报》。
５．反映保险业务情况的“１９－１４保险公司业务经济技术指标”、“１９－１５保险系统机构、人员数”，数据取自中国保险监察管理委员会编制的保险统计资料。
