西安中科麦特电子技术设备有限公司知识产权运营分析摘要改革开放以来，虽然国内一些知名企业也成功地研发并运营了知识产权，从而在国际市场上具有较强的竞争力。
但是，从总体上看，与发达国家相比我国企业在此方面还有很大的差距。
我国现阶段很多企业的知识产权管理意识不强，缺乏知识产权管理机构的设置，缺乏合理的知识产权管理制度和组织结构，缺少对知识产权信息系统的利用，对知识产权的管理仅仅局限于知识产权保护的级别上，这些都限制了我国科技企业在国际市场上的竞争。
论文以科技企业为主要研究对象，探讨了企业发展阶段与知识产权运营之间的内在联系，并以西安中科麦特电子技术设备有限公司为具体的案例分析对象，进行了实证研究，本论文的主要内容包括以下几个部分：首先，梳理了国内外相关研究现状，并给出了知识产权管理的相关理论基础，界定了知识产权管理的内涵和科技企业知识产权管理的内涵，并介绍了企业生命周期理论和技术生命周期理论。
然后，系统的分析了科技企业知识产权管理的发展现状，在介绍世界科技企业知识产权管理现状之后，重点分析了我国科技企业知识产权管理的现状，并指出其存在的不足。
然后，对西安中科麦特电子技术设备有限公司（以下简称中科麦特公司）发展阶段和知识产权的运营情况进行定性分析，通过论述该公司的不同发展阶段中知识产权的运用情况，总结出知识产权的运用在中科麦特公司不同发展阶段所发挥的作用，并指出该公司不同发展阶知识产权运营存在的问题。
再次，运用综合模糊评价方法，构建了西安中科麦特公司不同阶段知识产权管理绩效评价模型，并论述了具体的评价过程和结果，通过实证分析可知，公司在初创阶段，其知识产权的运用效果不佳；在成熟阶段，知识产权的运营和基础管理比较完善；在发展阶段，知识产权的管理基础和运用表现为“很好”，但是知识产权的保护和经营指标得分高，这也是中科麦特公司知识产权管理今后的努力方向。
最后，提出完善科技企业知识产权运用的优化策略。
