质检经理负责建立质控体系, 编制并维护质控手册, 以确保质控体系的有效运转。
所有参与ASME压力容器质量活动的人员必须熟知本手册中与本部门和本人有关的各项规定, 并认真执行。
授权质检经理鉴定质量管理中的问题, 并授权她着手处理, 提出建议或提供解决问题的办法以及核实实施情况, 她将向我报告质控系统的状况和效能。
质检经理与其它部门的负责人之间发生任何分歧, 将由本人经过全面考虑ASME规范和设计要求以及质控手册予以仲裁。
质量控制手册的中文版, 同样是质量控制体系的执行文本。
但中文与英文如有差异, 须以英文本为准。
STATEMENT OF AUTHORITYIn order to construct ASME Code Items, this Quality Control System has been established and will be maintained based on the requirements of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Division 1. The Quality Manager is assigned the responsibility of establishing a Quality Control System, for preparing and maintaining the Quality Control Manual and for ensuring the effective execution of the System.All persons performing activities affecting the quality of ASME Code Items shall understand and implement the specific provisions of the Quality Control Manual.The Quality Manager is given organizational freedom and the responsibility and authority to identify any quality control problems and to initiate, recommend or provide solutions as well as to verify the implementation of solutions. He shall report the status and effectiveness of the Quality Control System to me.Any conflict between the Quality Manager and other Managers shall be resolved by me, considering completely the ASME Code requirements, design justification and this Quality Control Manual.The Chinese translation of this Quality Control Manual may be used for implementation of the Quality Control System. 授权检验师长期受雇于由ASME委托并授权的检验机构, 即美国的州或市、加拿大的省的检验机构, 授权压力容器保险的保险公司的检验师, 持有美国锅炉压力容器检验师总部颁发的带有Endorsement ”A”的任命证书。
主任授权检验师长期受雇于授权检验机构(AIA)并持有美国锅炉及压力容器检验师委员会颁发的带有‵B′授权的个人。
授权检查代理机构是指根据最先版QAI-1的要求, 经ASME 鉴定并授权的检验机构, 即美国的州或市、加拿大的省的检验机构, 授权锅炉压力容器保险的保险公司。
