英文书写海上声明、海事报告、业务函电一、海事声明:船舶在锚泊,系泊,装货,航行,卸货等某一运输环节中,遭到了自然灾害袭击,船员虽然竭尽全力保护船舶和货物安全,但仍然担心或认为船体,设备和货物有某种程度的损失或损坏,则应在到达受灾袭击后的第一个停泊港口时尽快向有关方面提出海事声明,取得签证后,抄送货方及其他有关方,这种声明是日后宣布损失,索赔或申报免责的初步证明文件,其正文一般包括下列内容:1本船船名,船籍港,吨位,货种,货物数量,出发港,目的港及挂靠港等。

2遭遇自然灾害的时间,地点或海域。

3自然灾害的性质,程度。

4声明对可能发生的损失或损坏不负责任。

5保留适当时间和地点延伸该声明的权利。

海事声明要有2到3名经历灾难的人员作证并签字,常应附有记录当时海况,天气及争取的措施等航海日志摘要。

二、海事报告:船舶在航行或是停泊中发生事故,对船舶,货物,水域环境造成了损害,为了说明事故发生的过程和责任情况,船长应向有关方面提交海事报告,这是船长在履行的一项法律义务,其格式与内容要严格按照当地主管机关饿规定,应以陈述事实为主,切记推断,更不必检讨个人过失,船长应召集全体驾驶员和值班水手认真回忆事故经过,并画出示意图,依照事实剔除记忆误差,最后谨慎的将有关情况填在正式报告中,其内容一定要与航海日志,车钟记录簿和海图作业相符,附送的材料要尽可能详尽齐全,其格式一般有以下几部分构成:1、海事报告封面包括标题,接受海事报告的机关,事故发生的时间和水域,附送材料的份数,以及船长签字船章和递交报告的日期。

2、本船概况,该部分应按照当事船舶所持有的国籍证书中的有关资料填写,国籍证书中涉及的项目按船舶的其他资料填写。

3、船舶航行及避让情况,当船舶发生碰撞事故时才填写本部分。

4、发生事故的详细经过。

5、事故示意图要求标明船名,时间,船位,航迹或队形。

6、损失情况,包括本船损失情况和他船损坏情况,重点为本船损失情况。

7、附件:根据事故性质和具体情况,通常在海事报告后附有下列材料:航海日志,机舱轮机日志摘要,海图,原航线和船位的记录,船舶受损部位简图以及海事经过简图,船舶检验或坚定报告,船员证明材料等等。

三、业务函电:航海英语信函大多数情况下具有一定的法律作用,因而行文必须注意使用法律方面的措辞,准确使用法律方面的术语,以避免日后引起不必要的纠纷,有关技术环节方面的叙述必须注意使用技术术语,不可随意措辞造句,行文应严谨,明确,不生歧义,其格式一般如下:1公文纸的文头,一般应包括公司的标志,公司的名称,地址,电话,电报,电传,传真号码,电子邮件地址等。

2本船船名及地址,打印本船船名,本船所在地,一般是船舶所在港口的名称。

3日期,通常应是信函拟发出之日期,而不是撰稿之日期。

4对方地址,打印对方所在部门。

5称呼,称呼后可接姓或全名,名前不能加称呼。

6正文。

7致谢或盼望。

8客套话。

9职务与签名。
