Style Analysis of Paper on Detection
When writing a scientific English paper on detection, we should pay more attention to the following seven sections, including title, abstract, introduction, body of paper, conclusion, acknowledgement，and references. Here is the conclusion of style analysis of paper on detection according to the relevant papers I have read.
First, title where the authors express a newly-built sensor for detection clearly and briefly is important. Second, abstract, which is the miniature of whole paper, mainly includes subject, design, procedures and results according to the writing order of the paper in less than 200 words with one paragraph. Third, in the introduction, the authors made a brief presentation of the target molecules detected about their nature, application, dangers of the target molecules to human and the environment, and proposed the significance of detection for the targets; they analyzed the limitations of the relevant detection methods available now and the necessity to establish new methods for detection of harmful substances; they clarified the innovation of their own newly-established methods. Four, body of paper consists of two sections including methods, result and discussion. In accordance with the order of the experimental introduction, a detailed description of the whole operation process, which included the experimental equipment used, experimental materials, and analytical methods, was presented in the section of methods. In the section of result and discussion, the results were presented in chart form. The authors elaborated experimental principle of the method and the results of optimum conditions from the theoretical point of view, and explained accurately and comprehensively the reasons for each result; the appropriate results were selected to make a deep discussion from multiple perspectives and the uniqueness of the methods was indicated through comparison with similar informed results. Five, the conclusion is a brief, neat and concise summary of the body section. Six, acknowledge, for one thing, is to indicate the source of research funds; for another thing, is to express the gratitude to the participants who have not been listed in the author 's research staff.
From the format point of view, references，chart and the number of title should be taken into consideration. For example, table name will be placed on top of the center, and the map name should be placed in the centered below the figure, and so on. Generally, the authors followed different formats according to the requirements of different magazines.
In short, five basic requirements have to be complied with, including correctness, clarity, concision, completion, and consistency. Only by meeting these five points, the paper can be considered as a qualified foreign periodicals article.。
