It makes sure that employee can get fair salary which matches his positions, and achieve good joint of the company benefits and employees benefits.第二条 本制度旨在客观评价员工业绩的基础上,奖励先进、鞭策后进、提高员工工作兴趣和热情,体现以选拔、竞争、激励、淘汰为核心的用人机制;Article 2 The policy aims at motivating employees based on his/her performance appraisal and award excellent employees and encourage the employees of poor performances and try to show our mission to respect the talents.第三条 本制度以战略为导向,强调薪酬的竞争性,通用人才薪酬在上海市有竞争力,骨干人才薪酬在全国有竞争力;Article 3 The policy focus on the competition of compensation & benefits in Shanghai and China, and having the high competition for senior talents.第四条 本制度适用于公司所有正式员工,但不适用于以下人员:Article 4 The policy is available to all the formal employees in the company except: z公司总经理、副总、商业协调总监、项目经理、技术总监等高级管理人员;GM, DGM, Commercial and coordination Director, project manager and technicaldirector.本制度适用人员分类如下:The policy is available to the following:z职能部门负责人类:指公司总部各部门主要负责人;supervisors and managers in the downtown officez职能部门普通员工类:指各职能部门中除勤务系列员工外的所有普通员工;employees in downtown office except other service staff like receptionist, driverand and cleaner etc.z技术部门负责人类:指工厂各部门主要负责人;supervisors and managers in the factoryz技术部门普通员工类:指工厂各部门中所有普通员工;all the normal employees in the factoryz业务部门负责人类:指总部营销部门的主要负责人;supervisors and managers in commercial and marketing department.z业务部门普通员工类:指总部营销部门的所有普通员工;all the normal employees in commercial and marketing departmentsz勤务系列员工类:指行政部门驾驶员、前台、文印岗位员工;other service staff, like driver, receptionist and copy lady and so on.第二章薪酬结构Chapter Two Compensation and benefit structure第五条 员工薪酬由五大部分构成:Article 5 The structure can be divided into 5 parts:z固定薪酬部分:包括基本工资;z fixed C&B: basic salaryz年终利益分红:根据公司本年度的销售利润来定。

z yearend profit melon cutting: it will be decided according to the actual profit achieved by the companyz绩效薪酬部分:包括个人年终绩效奖、特别奖、以及其它单项奖金;z performance salary: it includes individual yearend performance bonus, special bonus and other items prize.z附加薪酬部分:包括加班工资、津贴、午餐补贴等;z additional C&B: overtime pay, subsidies, and lunch allowance etc.z保险福利部分:包括住房公积金、基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、失业保险、人身意外伤害险等;z insurance and welfare: housing funds, basic pension, medical care, unemployment insurance and accident insurance.第六条 不同类型人员根据实际情况进行不同组合,详见附件一《各类人员薪酬组成表》。

Article 6 please see the details in appendix one “the salary structure of all kinds of employees”.第三章固定工资Chapter Three第一节基本工资(basic salary)第七条 基本工资标准以当地政府发布的企业最低工资标准计算,并随着当地政府发布的调整标准而调整。

Article 7 Basic salary standard will be issued based on the minimum salary standard of local government, and it will be adjusted to match the new standard of the local government. 第八条 根据公司有关管理制度,某些假期超过规定时间或其它原因,每月发放当地政府规定的最低生活费。

Article 8 According to the relevant regulations of the company employees who take some leaves or other reason can be entitled to the minimum salary.第九条 基本工资级别共分30级,划分为四个序列:管理序列、技术序列、业务序列和勤务序列。

Article 9 it will be divided into 30 grades, and 4 serials, they are serial Management, serial technology, serial sales and other service serial.第十条 管理序列分为四类,由低到高依次为文员(26级—17级)、主管(12级—16级)、副经理(9级—14级)、经理(3级—11级)。

Article 10 serials management can be divided into 4 kinds, they are specialist(grade 26-17), supervisor(12-16), assistant manager(9-14), manager(3-11)第十一条 技术序列分为4类,由低到高依次为部门经理(1级—9级)、副经理(7级—12级)、主管(13级-19级)、工人(20级-29级)。

Article 11 Serial technology can be divided into 4 kinds, they are manager (1-9), assistant manager (7-12), supervisor (13-19) and workers (20-29).第十二条 业务序列分为二类,由低到高依次为销售主管(9级—16级)、销售经理(3级—11级)。

Article 12 Serial sales, 2 kinds, they are sales supervisor (9-16), sales manager (3-11).第十三条 勤务序列由低到高共分13级(18级—30级)。

Article 13 service serial has 13 grades (18-30)第十四条 岗位系数与基本工资相对应,共分30级,最低为1,最高为10,此系数是根据岗位之间的难度、责任及承担的任务大小比较得出。

Article 14 position coefficient is matched with basic salary, 30 grades in all, the maximum is 10, the minimum is 1, the coefficient can be got from the comparison between the responsibility, burden and requirements of every position.第四章年终利益分红Chapter Four yearend profit melon cutting第十五条 凡公司正式员工均可享受公司年终利益分红。
