坦诚的说，今年7、8两个暑期月份下来，在我们质检回访过程中，所发现存在质量问题的，游客投诉到公司的也绝不仅此两例。
我们总结分析下来，存在质量问题的主要是散客出游群体，暑期质量问题一般容易出现在车辆空调不好，某些导游态度存在问题，以及住房条件较差等方面。
目前旅行社的存在方式大体上分为三类，一类是组团旅行社，我们就是这样类型的旅行社，面向终端客户收取客源;一类是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客来本地旅游;第三类是同行批发旅行社，如xx旅行社，xx旅行社同行受制于客源量问题，收到游客报名后，无法独立发团，只能交给这样的批发旅行社统一发团。
