Taiwanese Style Stewed Chicken with three Cups of Spices Sauce
主料:鸡腿3只、
Main ingredients:3 Chicken legs
辅料:蒜头8颗、老姜8片、朝天椒2条、葱2根、罗勒叶30g
Accessories: 8 garlics, 8 ginger slices, 2 red cluster peppers ,2 onions,30g basil leaves
调料:蚝油3大匙、酱油3大匙、米酒50cc、白砂糖2大匙、黑麻油30cc、色拉油30cc、玉米粉2大匙
Seasonings: 3 tablespoons of Oyster oil,3 tablespoons of soy sauce,50 cc rice wine, 2 tablespoons of sugars, 30 cc black sesame oil, 30
cc salad oil, 2 tablespoons of corn flour,
制作过程 production process
1. 剁鸡腿肉成适量大小,加入适量的蚝油、酱油、米酒、糖、玉米粉腌制一下备用。
