小班幼儿秋季保健知识随着秋天的到来，气温开始下降，天气也变得干燥起来。
幼儿皮肤稚嫩，与成人相比需要更多的水分，容易出现口干舌燥、便秘等一系列“阴虚内热”的征象。
做好各项保健措施，对维护幼儿健康十分重要。
诀窍1：给孩子多喝水，秋高气爽，孩子应该多喝白开水，如果孩子排斥白开水，可以试着喝些菊花茶、乌梅汤、金银花露等，防止幼儿出鼻血等症状。
平时多给孩子吃富含水分的应季水果，如西瓜、梨、橙子等。
各种菜汤也是补充水分的重要手段，清汤可以稀释菜肴的盐分，并保持孩子体内水分平衡。
诀窍2：少吃“上火”食物，刺激性食物应该少吃，容易“上火”，如大蒜、姜、韭菜、花椒、辣椒等。
少吃偏咸的食品，因为盐分太多容易加速体内水分的散失。
热量过高的油炸食品和一些热性水果，如荔枝、桂圆、橘子等，也应尽量少吃。
诀窍3：呵护孩子皮肤，妈妈在给孩子擦拭或洗脸时宜选用柔软的毛巾，不要用力擦洗。
每次清洗完毕后，需用含有天然滋润成分的儿童护肤品。
孩子的嘴唇容易干裂。
妈妈应先用湿热毛巾敷在孩子的嘴唇上，使嘴唇充血，然后涂抹润唇膏。
孩子鼻腔内的黏膜比较容易干燥，妈妈可用棉签蘸生理盐水滋润鼻腔。
诀窍4：冷水锻炼，中医认为“寒凉伤脾”。
即使体质好的孩子也不能天天吃冷饮。
除了限制冷饮以外，从冰箱拿出的饮料、酸奶最好放置在室温下15分钟后食用。
秋季宜用冷水擦洗以提高孩子对冷的适应能力。
冷水擦洗包括冷水洗手、洗脸、擦身、冲淋和游泳。
冷水锻炼要循序渐进，先用与体温接近的水，然后逐渐降低水的温度。
洗完后用干毛巾擦干。
冷水冲淋适合3岁以上的儿童，动作要迅速，浴后用干毛巾擦至皮肤轻度发红为止。
诀窍5：预防腹泻，入秋后是轮状病毒性腹泻的发病高峰期，又称秋季腹泻，妈妈一定要把住“入口关”，注意饮食卫生，不吃生冷食品，定期给玩具和食具煮沸消毒。
如果在幼儿园发现孩子有腹泻症状，应立即隔离治疗并处理好粪便。
诀窍6：营养调理，多给孩子吃牛奶、豆制品、鱼、肉等高蛋白饮食。
多补充玉米、全麦面包、小米、黑米等五谷杂粮，以防秋季便秘。
富含纤维素的食品，如菠菜、萝卜、胡萝卜、芹菜、花菜等，也应增加。
总之，要荤素搭配，粗细搭配，做到平衡饮食，才能减少秋季发病。
诀窍7：及时打预防针，及时预防接种，防范冬春季节高发的传染病。
一般在注射疫苗后至少一个月，才能在孩子体内产生抵抗传染病的抗体。
诀窍8：保持环境卫生，不在幼儿园内及公共场所随地吐痰、大小便，不乱扔果皮、烟头、纸屑等废弃物；室内经常开窗通风换气，保持卫生、整洁、清新的环境。
