对公司团委工作的思考和建议
思想组织方面
首先～加强团组织管理。
建立健全各直属团组织～根据公司实际～划分若干团支部～并从公司各岗位抽调有经验～能做事、想做事的年轻人到基层团组织中来～充实和健全团的组织系统。
再健全团的基层组织系统后～以团支部为单位～梳理各支部团员数～建立团员团籍制度～便于统一管理～强化组织意识。
并不断加强团干部队伍建设～加大团干部的培养力度～大力提高团干部的业务、文化素养。
其次～加强引导和教育～提高青工思想素质和团员的先进性。
围绕建设企业文化的目标～积极参与企业文化建设活动～发挥好服务功能～必须把提高青年思想道德素质、科学文化水平、技术业务能力放在重要的位置上。
使青工树立创新意识～发扬认真负责精神,树立团体意识～发扬团结协作精神,树立实践意识～不断提高自己的能力和素质,提升团组织的凝聚力。
一方面实现团员青年岗位创效的最大化～凸显出共青团员的先进性,另一方面～又使团员青年在取得工作实绩的同时获得荣誉感和自豪感～进一步增强团员青年树立正确的人生观、价值观意识。
在实际工作中要加强对广大团员对党史、团史、社会经subway. 具体工作和活动方面
企业文化是企业的灵魂～它对外是企业的一面旗帜～对内是一种向心力～它能使企业具有更强大的生命力。
团员青年是塑造企业文化的一支劲旅～而企业青年精神是企业文化的重要组成部份～在企业文化建设工作中～共青团责无旁贷～下面分五各方面来做出建议:
1、以年度中国传统节日、企业发展的重要阶段日等为主线～广泛开展系列活动～制定切实可行的团委年度计划。
2、每月制定月度企业文化建设方案～细化活动安排～将活动责任落实到人。
例如成立一个活动小组～大家轮流做组长～分为月组长～季度长等～根据自己的特长～结合当月的节日等安排项目～这样可以避免出现重复活动太多或活动没有新意～大家相互也有个比较～互相学习～广泛的采纳各方意见～更贴切大家的生活。
3、找准活动的意义和主题～广泛开展活动前后的宣传～营造积极向上的企业文化。
在进行活动的同时～组织的人一定要抓住主题～做好活动的宣传～在活动前做好动员～活动后要有一些思考～最好能调查下大家对活动的反响～不是简

单的举办一次活动就结束了～要为下次的活动提供更好的思路和新意～让活动有突出的主题～起到活动推动思想、推动工作、推动公司发展。
4、每年开展团组织表彰大会～对年度优秀团干、团员进行表彰～激发广大团干、团员的工作积极性。
制定一个奖励制度～最好是物质和精神结合的～给予团委工作突出的团干或团员开个表彰大会。
5、在一个季度末或开始时由各团委分部根据所在部门实际情况组织专业知
识、产品知识、业务知识的工作总结交流大会。
使青年员工形成一个积极的良好竞争的模式～让大家来认同工作矜矜业业的人、相互讨论工作中的困难～提出解决困难的办法～由专人记录～请领导指导工作的改进。
以上是我对公司团委工作的一些思考和建议～希望能为公司的团委建设贡献出自己的绵薄之力。
