2. 全体学生能按要求完成语句书写。
3. 全体学生能听懂并会说句型：How long is it? It’s morethan twenty thousand kilometers long. 并能用这些句型来描述一个景点的特征。
情感目标：通过本课的学习，学生乐于接受外国文化，增强爱国意识。
二．教学过程：（一）课前展示热身激趣Warming up1、老师热情的问候学生们，欢迎他们在暑假过后回到学校。
（How are you ,boys and girls? Welcome back to school）2、老师可以询问学生们在假期里都去了哪些地方，做了哪些事情，有没有特别有趣的经历。
（Where did you go in summer holiday? What did you do in summer holiday ?Have you got interesting things to tell me ?）3、建议他们通过展示图片和照片介绍相关的情况，可以使用句型“It’s a picture of ,It’s very .”等。
（二）教师示范呈现新知1、老师从学生的图片或照片中选取比较典型的并提问：“Do you know thisplace?”引导全班学生自由回答。
2、回答完毕后，老师总结：These photos are great .出示长城的明信片，复习单词postcard . 老师问：Do you know thisplace ? 引导学生回答：Yes ,it’s the Great wall . It’s a pictureof the Great Wall .老师再问：Is it long or short ? It’s long .3、告诉学生：在这个暑假里，Daming 去了美国旅游，并在那里经历了很多有趣的事情。
刚到表哥Simon家，行李还没有收拾好，Daming 和Simon就迫不及待的聊开了。
（三）课堂活动操练新知1．将本课的挂图贴在黑板上，播放录音，呈现SB活动1，让学生看书，听听Daming 和Simon 的对话，听完之后，让学生说一说：Who is Simon ? Where is Daming ? What are they doing ?2．让学生打开书，放录音，学生边听边看书，勾画出课文中的生词。
教师讲解单词：Postcard more thousand kilometre million Mexico Canada3．再放录音，让学生勾出文中的重要信息，引导学生回答以下问题：（1）明信片上画的是哪里？（2）关于长城、纽约和北京，他们都谈了些什么？4．讲解课文重点句型：1.These postcards are great .2.It’s a picture of the G reat Wall .3.How long is the Great Wall ? It’s more than twenty thousandkilometers long.4.How big is Beijing ? Beijing has got more than eight millionpeople .5.把全班分成两组，表演对话。
（四）巩固练习拓展提高1．全班完成AB练习1。
2．老师带领学生共同完成SB活动3的游戏。
（五）反馈展示提升能力1.听课文录音，然后跟读2.小组合作，表演课文对话。
3.小组展示（六）点评总结激励进步What did you learn this class?(这节课你学到了什么?)（七）作业布置课后延伸1.向家人展示自己跟读模仿课文录音的情况。
2.课后收集一些自己喜欢的城市的图片，为下节课的任务开展做准备。
Module1 Unit 2 It’s in the west.一，教学目标：（一）知识目标：1.能理解词汇： map, right, country2.理解句型：Where’s the West Lake? It’s in the east ofChina.（二）技能目标：1. 学生能朗读课文，阅读相关短文。
2. 全体学生能按要求完成语句书写。
3. 全体学生能听懂并会说句型：Where’s the West Lake?It’s in the east of China. 并能用这些句型来描述一个城市的特征。
（三）情感目标：通过本课的学习，学生乐于接受外国文化，增强爱国意识。
二、教学过程：(一)课前展示热身激趣1、老师出示一张西湖的图片。
与学生进行交流：并进行介绍：What’s this ?(It’s a picture of the West Lake.) Yes, It’sa picture of the West Lake. It's in the south of China.并和同学们一起唱活动一的韵句。
2、向学生提问：Where are you from ? Where is it on the map? Please find iton the map.(二)教师示范呈现新知1、出示Simon的图片，提问：Who is he ? (He’s Simon .He’s Daming’s cousin .)Where is he from? (He’s from Now York , America.)板书New York Where is New York?2、出示美国地图。
提问： This is a map of America ,Can you find NewYork? 引导学生在图上找到纽约的位置。
(三) 课堂活动操练新知1、在地图上标注east ,west ,south .north .帮助学生复习这些单词，老师领读。
巩固单词。
让学生根据老师的口令作工作。
Turn to the north . Turn to the south .Turn to the east . Turn to the west.2、放录音，并回答问题：Where is New York ? It’s in the east of the US .What about San Francisco ? It’s in the west of the US .Where is Houston ? It’s in the south of the US .3、放录音，跟读。
(四)巩固练习拓展提高1、SB 第二单元活动3，练习重点句型Where is Shanghai？It’s in theeast of China.2、SB 第二单元活动4，让学生熟悉韵诗的大致内容，注意重读的部分。
五、反馈展示提升能力1.听课文录音，然后跟读2.小组合作，表演课文对话。
3.听本课中的chant，进一步巩固本课重点句型。
4.Play a guessing game.5. 利用本课所学重点句型来完成本课作文。
(六) 点评总结激励进步What did you learn this class?(这节课你学到了什么?)(七) 作业布置课后延伸1.打着拍子向家人展示本课所学韵句与chant。
2.继续与同伴开展猜谜游戏。
Module 2Unit 1 There’s Chinese dancing.一、教学目标：知识目标：1.能理解词汇：dancing, Chinatown, sometimes, shop, then2.理解句型：There’s Chinese dancing.技能目标：1.全体同学能听懂并会说：There’s Chinese dancing.2. 全体学生能朗读课文，阅读相关短文。
3. 全体学生能按要求完成语句书写。
情感目标：通过本课的学习，学生乐于接受外国文化，增强爱国意识。
二、教学过程(一)课前展示热身激趣Warming up1. 让学生说出：长江、黄河、长城的英语名称。
2. 复习句型：How long is the Changjiang River?（6300km）Great Wall?(6700km)Yellow River?(5464km)引导学生用It’s ……来回答。
3. 让学生猜一猜下列城市的人口数。
（上海：18million 青岛：7million 济南：6million500thousand ）运用句型How big is it ? It’s got ……来回答。
(二)教师示范呈现新知1、出示一张城市景观的图片，对学生说：This is a picture of a city.What can you see in it ?(I can see ……) Yes, in this picture , there are …….2、出示一张纽约唐人街的图片，问学生:Do you know where it is ? Whatcan you see in this picture?请学生回答问题。
向学生介绍：Daming 现在在美国表兄的家里，他正在给家人发送email，他想念家人吗？他今天了解到了美国的什么情况呢？让我们一起来看一看。
(三)课堂活动操练新知1、播放动画呈现SB活动一。
请学生认真听Daming和Simon的对话，然后判断大明是否想念中国，为什么？（通过文中Do you miss China ?Sometimes.以及大明迫不及待想要去唐人街的表现，引导学生得出肯定的回答，引出Chinatown 的话题）2、教师提问：Where is Chinatown? What is it like? 再放一遍录音，让学生看书听，并从书中找出问题的答案。
引导学生用文中的句子回答问题。
（there is a Chinatown in New York. There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants there , There’s Chinese dancing.）3、板书以上三个重点句子，向学生介绍关于唐人街的背景。
(唐朝在中国历史上是一个强盛的朝代。
在海外的华侨、华人往往称自己是“唐人”，他们聚居的地方便称为“唐人街”。
