中国人民大学法学院2013级攻读法律硕士专业学位（非法学类）研究生培养方案一、适用学科专业法律硕士 (学习年限：全国统考非法律专业全日制3年，非全日制3－4 年)（学科门类：法学一级学科：法学）二、培养目标为立法、司法、行政执法、法律服务与监督以及经济管理、社会管理等实际部门培养德才兼备的、适应社会主义市场经济和社会主义法治建设需要的高层次的复合型、应用型法律专门人才和管理人才。
三、课程设置和学分要求（见附表）攻读硕士学位研究生期间，需要获得学位课程总学分不少于79学分。
必修课不少于39学分；选修课不少于20学分；社会实践12学分；学位论文8学分。
四、社会实践没有法学专业教育背景，也没有法律职业实务背景的法律硕士专业学位研究生，需要进行相应的实务课程性质的必修环节,共四门实践课程，12学分，时间安排在第四和第五学期。
其中法律实践课需在法院或检察院或律师事务所实习三个月。
五、论文撰写硕士生在学期间应完成的论文包括：课程论文和学位论文。
学位论文选题以理论联系实际为原则。
论文可以采用案例分析、调研报告、学术报告等形式。
因此，在论文选题上应避免进行单纯的宏观性或纯理论研究；应尽可能结合作者本人的实践经验，研究当前法制建设中的重要实际问题，要求论文有一定的理论价值和实际意义，并尽可能做到具有开创性或创新性。
论文工作时间不少于半年。
